Hampton Inn Buffalo-Williamsville

The staff was very nice and when I came.to get breakfast, there was a member of staff making sure things were extra clean! The room was soooo comfortable. Hot shower and things were not cheap done/made. so often you get cheap lately. It was fun, had great amenities, and great location tucked away in Williamsville, just a walk away from everything. Easy parking with a big truck. Plus excellent thoughtfulness for our working dog. Even with a vest some people see a pitbull and get scared. Our helping dog was given courtesy and we got a room that was easily accessible to the outdoors for her. So, so thoughtful.

Nothing to not like.

This was a one night stay after an exhaustingly long day of travel from the UK. Got in very late but there were smiles and helpfulness from reception, a smart clean room, a great shower and a fantastic comfy bed! Breakfast was great with some hot items which we weren’t expecting. We would definitely stay again if we were staying for longer.

I would ask for a Nespresso machine in the breakfast room for really great coffee and milk/cream in large cartons instead of tiny plastic pots.

Such a comfortable bed, spacious room, bathroom shower is large and has good water pressure. I was also pleased with the desk/ work space in the room -that I used to work remotely. Several lamps and reading lamps give good lighting options in the room. Hot and cold breakfast options were delicious ( except the eggs which were so-so). Tables in the lobby convenient for me to bring takeout food to eat dinner. Very quiet to sleep at night. Pool is pleasant and well maintained. Staff are courteous and friendly! I stayed in the summer & enjoyed free live music on Thursday night, for a summer festival in the area, at a short walking distance . Glen Falls Park with lovely waterfall also close by.

Only 1 thing that 1 hook on the rack of hooks by the door broke . But that’s minor, no big deal.

Our stay was a little staycation. My granddaughter had a school break. We did an overnight to swim and relax together. I planned to offer her a choice of restaurants for dinner but we had an ice storm, so we went to the Original Pancake House, which is very close. We both enjoyed breakfast. We'll do it again.

There was nothing we didn't like.

We really liked our room. Very nice furniture and comfortable beds. The included breakfast is great - lots of options for the family. The pool is perfect for a quick dip. The staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs.

The fan was broken in the bathroom and the water pressure in the shower wasn’t the best.

The location was perfect for me as I could walk to so many places from there. I love the decoration theme in the lobby and in my room. Great bathroom, nice size and looked newly done up. The staff were very helpful and welcoming too.

The fan in the room was kind of noisy although I always managed to sleep well. The room tended to be too cold for me.

Nice staff. Clean room. Comfy beds. Quiet. Air conditioning could be adjusted. Standard breakfast, staff working hard on constantly cleaning and replenishing items. We didn't try the pool, but it looked nice the from outside.

Pillows were a little lumpy. Fridge was noisy, woke us up a few times during the night.

Location is outstanding, in an upscale pleasant walkable area just off the highway.

It's a bit confusing with the shared parking lot with the drugstore. It can be difficult to know where to park for the hotel vs. the drogstore. Staff was helpful in trying to explain, but more signage would be helpful.

Very clean. Every staff was exceptionally friendly from the front desk to the dining room staff to the housekeeping staff. Breakfast was very impressive especially considering it’s included. Large variety of hot and cold foods and juices. Room was spacious and updated.

Everything was great

I loved everything. It was clean, as it should be. I didn’t hear a peep. The breakfast was great and the staff was pleasant. I have nothing bad to say about my experience. I would visit again.
