Hampton Inn & Suites - Buffalo Airport

The location to the airport was excellent, room size was much larger than I expected which was great. Appreciated the breakfast and was amazed at the quality and amount of items served. Having breakfast included takes the value through the roof! Thank you :)

Did not get a great explanation of restaurants available during check in - website says 5 restaurants on-site. When asked, we were given a list of dining options nearby (although most farther than walking distance). It wasn't until the next day I realized there was a shuttle available. Possibly update the website for transparency.

I loved the hotel and the kocation that it was in and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, so many options to choose from.

I did not like the fact that there was no microwave in the rooms, we had to go downstairs everytime that we needed to heat up something.

Location was perfect. Right across from airport. And breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus. With Covid we weren’t expecting anything

We stayed in room 215. The room shares a wall with the elevator. So every time the elevator was in use we could hear it. It didn’t really bother us but if you’re a light sleeper this room might be an issue for you.

The staff was outstanding, very friendly. The breakfast was good. Kids enjoyed the pool.

Bed and pillows uncomfortable buts it s a hotel not sure how often hotel mattresses get replaced.

The breakfast was just fantastic!!! It was very healthy. I didn't feel weighed down.

The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. Yes, I was there for one night. I will be back in 3 weeks.

I love the breakfast, friendliness of staff, location, that the hair and body wash are USA made and environmentally conscious. Plenty of Free parking . Clean.

Housekeeping could do a little better with corners in bathrooms cleaning.

the location is great if you intend on going to multiple towns around Buffalo; easy access to highways, and across the street from the airport. property was clean, coffee and tea available 24-7

breakfast wasn’t that great

The hotel was very clean and all the precautions were taken against Covid for example, the room cleaning service was on request otherwise they would clean it after checkout. The location was nice. Very close to the Buffalo international Airport and Galleria mall. The breakfast was okay. The options were limited with only pre- packaged food. Overall the stay was nice and comfortable.

The cleaning staff was very nice & so was the people that was also staying there. It was clean & there was alot of sanitizer stations to clean your hands after using the elevator.

I didn't like that the pool was closed. The lady at the front desk was very helpful & nice when we got there but when they switched from their break that lady wasn't very nice & she was kinda rude.

Ample parking lot is well lit. Central location in the metro Buffalo area. Overall a very nice property.

My concerns about the room were addressed by the property manager who made things right. She was very understanding about my concerns and professional in how she handled the situation.
