Best Western Crown Inn & Suites - Batavia

We liked the rooms. Comfortable beds, good selection on food. And, food wad good as well. The staff was friendly, including the meal room lady and the two front desk ladies I specifically spoke with. Plus, the two front desk ladies helped to clear up confusion with the reservations I had made, which I make mention under what I did not like. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

We had confusion on nights requested. I changed the dates of our stay to the next day because Booking.com listed it as being possible to do without incurring any penalty fees for late cancellation. When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that our reservations had been canceled and that we had been charged for the previous night that I had requested be moved to the next night. Fortunately, the front desk ladies were willing to help me clear up the confusion. And, I contacted Booking.com and asked that they contact the hotel to clear up the confusion, which they did. So, in the end, it worked out. Charges that were made for the night we did not stay at the hotel were just applied to the new dates I had scheduled through Booking.com.

The location was good and the people were friendly. The pool area was decent. A good place to stay if you are going to Darien Lake or Great if you're going to Batavia downs.

The room did have a little bit of a funky smell, not terrible though. Breakfast was good enough. Booking.com told me that there was private hot tubs and charged me an increased rate, the hotel told me that it isn't even a thing... that was weird

The staff was amazing. She was so helpful in so many ways. We arrived late, and everything in the town was closed. She helped us find a place that we could order a pizza and have it delivered. The beds were comfortable and shower water pressure great. Breakfast was good.

We had spent the day at Niagara Falls and were heading towards Maine. On our Honeymoon. I got on booking.com to look for a place to stop. I picked this hotel for the pool/hottub, and it was closed. Also, everything around there closes at 9:00, so we barely were able to get anything to eat, and no place to buy a bottle of wine or something. I know that's not the hotel's fault, just making a comment.

We were very pleased with breakfast, my daughter and I had to be out by 530 to catch a fishing charter that she won last year at a walleye tournament on erie!!! Sorry anyways, it was open an hour early so we were able to grab and go!! Pool was warm, hot tub works, room could use some ventilation it was pretty hot in the pool area.

Very comfortable beds, and clean modern bathrooms. Pool and hot tub looked inviting, but we didn’t have time to enjoy it. Check in was smooth and informative.

Breakfast was good, but very crowded and the layout could be improved for better efficiency with getting people through the options.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the pool and spa tub. Overall the hotel was very clean and no unpleasant odors.

The bathroom was a little small with not much counter space. After the 2nd day my room key didn't work, so I had to get it reset at the front desk.

It was clean …. And attractive, landscape was nice also . Bed was comfortable. The shower was beautiful. Water temps and pressure great . Nice exercise room . Indoor pool looked pretty nice . Not a bad breakfast for post Covid . I used an anti bacterial cloth to wipe tv remote , handles and light switches , the wipe looked clean when I was done . I have stayed places where it was not when I did that . They are pet friendly , and grounds are clean .

Wooden steps and ramp to side door need attention . There was a bit of road noise , but not like the hotel can do much about that .

The rooms seemed to be recently renovated and were very nice. The staff was great and they offered a wonderful breakfast.

The hallways had a musty order and the carpet seemed like it might be very dirty. Hard to tell if they were dirty as the hallway was dimly lit.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and always available. Great location just off of the thruway and close to restaurants and shopping.

Stayed four nights, and no housekeeping service. Pool area was out of order.

The quiet atmosphere and able to sleep disturbed. The room was very nice and clean.

The shower could have used a little more “ elbow grease” as they say to have it cleaner. It was clean but shower floor like like a deeper scrubbing could have made the floor white and not a dingy gray.
