La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Buffalo Airport

Cleanliness, The location, price, and the gal that checked me in was very friendly and professional.

The carpets were duct taped to the floor? The male employee was not engaged with guests. Rather he was engaged more with tasks and his phone No coffee in lobby Bed was not comfortable. Mattress was hard Staff was not helpful with guests who were trapped in parking lot due to weather. He offered no assistance and the plow that was hired did a lousy job. I actually shoveled myself and another guest out. Watched others do the same. One guest couldn't start his vehicle and had to call a tow truck. More shovels, more ice melt, a jump starter Cmon it's WNY be helpful & prepared I would not stay here again unless like in this instance I absolutely had to.

Hotel was under renovation but contractors were courteous and cleaned up when not working. The first desk clerk was polite but the one in the morning was really nice. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Dining area was clean and well stocked. Housekeeping staff was very friendly and held doors for us since our hands were full.

The rooms were mostly clean but the furniture was a little roughed uo in places and there were handprints on the headboards.

Clean rooms, clean bedding, no issues. Would stay again. But the facilities offer no extras. The breakfast is not good. The pancake mix as curdled. If you’re looking for a decent breakfast included in the price, this is not it. If you’re just looking for a place to crash, it’s sufficient.

The only concern was the elevator is under repair. It should have been brought to our attention before arrival or a little compensation for the inconvenience. Other than that we loved our stay..very comfortable.

Great location for food choices and close to the interstate. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating.

The pet rooms were in an area not as well kept as the other part of the hotel. The bathroom needs updated and cleaned better ( I’m no Karen and mostly camp so keep that in mind) . I would not book again. We have stayed at many La Quinta, the one near Lookout Mt. was fantastic and others have been “meh” but this was the worse so far.

When we walked into the room we had a Hugh whole in the wass upon entering. Smelled the dust all night. Definitely didn't think it was worth the price.

Bed and pillows, sheets comfortable. The guy who checked us out in the morning was very nice.

Bird poo on our window. Darkening curtains don’t close all the way. The frig wasn’t cold. Bathroom stinky. Shower-head not movable. Hallway/stair carpet dirty. Front desk person who checked us in, was not engaged, not that friendly. She did her job, but was focused more on studying.

It was barely "ok", Powdered eggs scrambled up.... a 'meat' patty, I think... weak coffee. The orange was ok. The cereal was ok.

Super close to the airport but we didn't hear anything in our room (very quiet). Breakfast was really good. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Although our stay was short, we had a good night's rest and a nice breakfast. Thank you.

Providing some bottled water in each room would have been nice.
