SpringHill Suites by Marriott Buffalo Airport

The breakfast was fine. We didn't have a lot of time for breakfast but it looked like there was a good variety of choice.

The price was a little bit high. The room was really clean and the beds were comfortable. The sitting area for the suite was not great. The large corner couch took over most of the area. I liked the desk being separated from the beds. However, we had a crawling baby. The layout of the room didn't leave a lot of space for the baby. If the couch didn't take up so much space in the sitting area there may have been more room for the baby. I wonder if a couple of comfortable chairs would give enough extra seating without taking up the whole wall.

We had the right accommodation for our family traveling together.

The AC noise throughout the night is unbearable. This is an industry-wide problem, however. Just switch to smaller minisplits, and you'll have a better business.. I bet you'll have more guests! Investing in mattresses for good sleep and forgetting about the AC train-horn-like noise is a business loss.

Breakfast was super. There was a toaster but nothing to toast; waffles or pancakes would be nice. I especially liked the Jimmy Dean sausage egg and biscuit for breakfast - the first time today (Thursday) but never before. For kids, an excellent choice of four dry cereals. Will be back in September. My daughter and her fiance may also book a room then.

Difficult to answer the question what could have been better.

The hotel was beautiful made me want to stay there longer nice set up, quiet, relaxing I was impressed.

I was upset about the pool there was no walk in steps as it shows in the picture online the reason I booked the hotel. I am handicapped and cannot do the ladder so the pic that is on the website is not an accurate picture for the Buffalo, New York Hotel. I was looking forward to being in the pool because it does help me but only piece I was disappointed in

the hotel was a pleasant one for us. the staff was friendly, the facilities clean and spacious, and they also offered a shuttle service to the airport, whcih was very useful. the only downside was that the pool was closed for maintenance

Very nice rooms. Very clean.

It is just incredible the amount of plastic used to serve breakfast. Single use plastic all over, no separation for compostable plates. I think Marriot can do better to provide a more sustainable arregement.

The room was spacious and we were so appreciative of the sofa bed so we didn't have to sleep on top of eachother. Staff was helpful. Older gentleman especially kind and friendly. Fantastic location, great neighborhood.

Breakfast ran out before 9am all 3 mornings there, even coffee! That was a huge disappointment since it is a huge reason we picked this hotel. Beds were quite hard but clean.

The hotel was excellent and most importantly clean! The staff did their job but could of turned up the pleasantries towards the guest in my opinion. There was a little misunderstanding with billing at the end of our stay but other than that everything was great. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel.

Not being greeted after check in when passing by the front desk. A welcoming greeting goes a long way.

I had an over the top amazing stay at Spring Hill Suites by Marriott. I was there for 14 days and the staff and facilities were both over the top! I left my late son's stuffed animal there, and Tyesha went above and beyond searching for it, and found it days later. I will be staying at SpringHill Suites from here on out!

Excellent location off of Transit Road. Friendly staff. Clean & modern facilities. A reasonable price. A good breakfast selection. The firepit "lounge" area was a nice touch. I did not use the pool or workout facilities but it is nice that they were available.
