Tru By Hilton Williamsville Buffalo Airport

The pool is incredible. The lobby has a good selection of sundries. The entire facility was very clean. Staff was friendly and professional. The outside patio had a grill and multiple tables to sit and watch the kids in the pool, through the glass enclosure. They allow dogs. The fitness room looked very clean and had all the staple equipment to get in a workout.

Very small space for clothing to be hung, no dressers. The set up is definitely geared for an quick overnight stay. Concrete floors, lack of storage. Coffee carafe was not fresh- the coffee was cold and old. The exterior area was not the best accommodations for pups.

Nice, clean, and newly remodeled hotel. The king room that we had was quite small, but the bathroom was large and recently remodeled. The room was bright, comfortable, and very clean. The staff at check-in and throughout the hotel were super pleasant and helpful. The complimentary breakfast had more options than most hotels, and there was plenty of free parking. It was a good value.

It can be a bit noisy at night as airplanes take off and land at the large nearby airport

We loved staying here! what a cool hotel concept! Staff was phenomenal, Renee at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! She helped us discover local events and told us about The Buffalo Chicken Wing Festival, which we thoroughly enjoyed, thanks Renee! Wonderful breakfast every day and we had fun using the indoor pool and the pool table and football table in the lobby. Our room was spacious and clean and we slept comfortably. Great location near the 90 interstate. We would defiantly stay here again. Great place for families.

Good location, near our destination; also near to some nice restaurants,. Lots of close, free parking. Check in was relatively easy. Breakfast was just OK; lots of variety but nothing special.

Pool water was too hot and too chlorinated. Satellite TV kept going out which was annoying.

Very clean. It is very close to the airport. And even ran a shuttle to the airport.

Our room was on the floor with a hockey team. Apparently there was a tournament nearby in a jail like every family partaking in the tournament who’s at this hotel. At least on the floor. They were very loud past quiet hours.

The room was comfortable and maximized the use of the space. The bathroom was exceptionally clean as was the rest of the room and facility. The staff members we interacted with were friendly and helpful.

I wished there were two chairs in the room instead of one as it was very comfy and my spouse and I (jokingly) argued about who got to sit in it ;-)

Had never stayed at a Tru property before. It was very basic but clean. I don't need fancy, clean is my main issue and this was clean. The breakfast wasn't bad, not spectacular, but better than adequate. If you like fancy, this isn't your place.

The bathroom sink drained slowly

Very good stay. It was clean and modern. I would have preferred a better/healthier breakfast, but it was comparable to most hotels. The room was a bit small, but nicely designed. Loved the walk-in shower. I would return to Tru.

The breakfast could have had a few more healthy options like unsweetened yogurt, bananas, cheese.

The property is a huge and had lot of amenities for a perfect holiday stay.

The location was a bit away from the airport and not much of food joints are closer to the restaurant. The breakfast served in here was not fit for Muslims and was not halal .

Contemporary decor, nice pool, lots of breakfast offerings. Near plenty of shopping and dining choices. Roomy shower and nice bathroom layout.

Finding the right parking lot is a bit confusing with many hotels in the area and a rotary just before the access road. Note Tru is an attached hotel with Home2 Suites, also a Hilton property.
