Clean hotel, very delicious breakfast, & it smelled a bit like cigarettes when we arrived, but not that much. In the morning the smell went away which was nice cause they cleaned the staircase, & cleaned up the hallways. Cleaned rooms obviously. Cleaned very well in general. Very nice people who cleaned. A very nice, & respectful younger female employee called, & asked if we were smoker's. I told her no so she made sure to put us in a non-smoking room. All the employee's were kind, & respectful except an older female one the night before we left. I told her I lost the card, & she really didn't want to get out of her seat in the other room outside of the receptionist desk where you get a room or need assistance. She had way to much of a snotty attitude. She asked what room multiple times, & I couldn't remember correctly so I didn't say the correct number of the room. Finally had to say in a more serious voice I payed for the room giving her my name. It took her way to long to walk to the computer looking real snotty like I said. Gave me the card. I said have a good night, & no response. She seriously needs to learn what respect is, & how to act properly when you work at a hotel.

Rude older female receptionist that covered the night or evening. It was around 8:00 PM on Tuesday.

The property was very clean!! There was breakfast included with the room. Check in was extremely easy and the ladies at the front desk are so friendly took time to actually talk to me not rushing. I noticed some reviews said the rooms smelled bad but ours was clean and smelled nice we were on the 2nd floor. Also I was concerned for maybe any bed bugs before checking in and the room was absolutely bug free!!! It’s not too far from Darien lake (like 25mins) so perfect if you’re staying after the concerts they put on! Also there is a Walmart and target within 3 mins of this hotel!!! This was a great place to stay I would most definitely stay here again.

This is the second time having a short stay here for its convenient location. Parking is eady. Gas station very close. The room for this stay is bigger and has a king bed so it is a much better experience. Shower, wifi works well. Breakfast had a good selection.

Check-in was a little slow. Not enough power out lets or they are not in the right spot. The coffee maker had a cord of 12 inches which did not reach any outlet except on the bed side table. It seems not enough thoughts put into make things work more logical.

Breakfast ended too early at 9 am. Was made aware of breakfast hours. Belinda at front desk and the maids are all amazings! Thanks! Vinyl flooring in rooms. Super clean! Free large parking. Convenience store ans gas station on site. Plenty of restaurant options around. No elevators. Hotel has only 2 floors.

The hotel is conveniently located near the thruway, easy to get to and well priced, perfect for a one night stopover. The room was tiny but beautifully clean. I appreciated the fact that the floor is laminate rather than carpet - no weird stains to wonder about. The hotel has recently been renovated to a nice standard, minimalist but functional. The king size bed was comfortable; the AC unit quiet. The room has a fridge, microwave and coffee maker, TV, desk and chair, iron and ironing board…all you need for a restful night and perhaps prepare a simple meal. Toiletries supplied were unfussy. The bathroom is very small but functional ( I located the hairdryer in a black bag hidden at the bottom of the washstand) Free wifi was fast and easy to access. The staff was VERY pleasant and helpful to deal with. Top marks there!

There is nothing to dislike but a few things to be aware of. This is not a luxurious or fancy hotel. There are no elevators;anyone with a lot to carry might choose a ground floor room. Part of the hotel has smoking rooms, occasionally there was a VERY faint smell of cigarettes in the hallway. Breakfast offerings are limited. (A family I sat next to at breakfast had a few things to supplement (ie. fruit and yoghurt)). when I stop here again I will do the same. Having said that, coffee was excellent!

Great location to access casino/concert and easy on/easy off from thruway. Bed was comfy. Plenty of outlets for charging phone/iPad. Plenty of parking. Relatively quiet considering the hotel was full of guests.

Bathroom very small, no space for personal items on vanity. Could not get internet service. Breakfast could have been better. Eggs were cold, sausage had no flavor. Check in took about 20 minutes. I don’t think it was the staff’s fault, but rather issues with booking by the customer in front of me in line. Room was clean on the surface, but it could have used a deep clean - spider webs, dirty windows.

the up keep was very good , the lady who did the check in was amazing and the cleaning lady’s were good too

the morning people had a attitude including the cook for breakfast, when we first got there the room smelt like bleach really bad, I wish the bathroom fan had its on switch because when using the bathroom it gets annoying. after 7 pm a strong smell of weed was coming into the building from walking into the building even up the steps all the way til we got to our rooms it smelt like weed

Breakfast was good and enough choices . The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable and it was nice to see hard wood floors and not carpeting. Melody who I was at front desk greeted us very warmly and throughout our stay she was very helpful and professional.

Bathroom was very small and the pillows were less than. I wish they had a liquid soap for washing your hands, The soaps they give you did not lather at all. But I always bring my own toiletries when traveling.

The breakfast bar. The staff was helpful in finding me an extra blanket, helped with an issue during check-in except in replacing the chair in the room. Also they brought another light that was put on the desk so I could see while I worked on my computer. The location is close to the Thruway.

The room was too small, had only one chair, it was cold when I arrived. I think someone would have turned the heat up before I arrived. It took me two tries to ask the staff for a new chair to replace the broken one. The room needed more light. I had to ask for an extra light so I could work on my computer.

Great value. Plenty of parking. Easy check-in. Free breakfast. Fridge and microwave in the room. Very friendly staff.

No elevator, but the property is only 2 floors. Hotel offers smoking rooms so there is smoke smell in the hallways, but no smell inside the rooms. Soundproofing could probably be improved but this isn't a party hotel and it was very quiet during the night.
