the Hotel is new, close to the subway, nice neighborhood, the rooms are very comfortable

the tv controller wasn’t working well, the rooms are poorly cleaned, every day there was a detail missing like one day the cups for coffee were left dirty, with a cleaning cloth left close to the bed, the day after they only gave us one cup and forgot to place the other one, floor wasn’t cleaned well

Breakfast service a little long

Everything was great. The room was very spacious for NY standards, with modern decor and a large and comfortable bed. The coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods was great to have as well. Bathroom was also modern and with a good shower. My room on the 4th floor had nice views from a very large window but you can also just press a button on the remote and close the shutters for privacy. Overall the area is fine and with plenty of conveniences nearby, plus a good pizza place and a few other restaurants. Transport is also convenient with quite a few metro stations within 5 - 10 minutes walk.

The prices in the restaurant are a bit too high so I did not try the food. Would be good to have some more basic options.

Lovely boutique hotel in a great location! My husband and I were pleasantly surprised at the value we got for the price, and the room was perfect for us. The hotel is in a very accessible location, close to several metro stations, which made it easy for us to go sightseeing and return to the hotel from Manhattan. All of the staff were lovely and helpful. Thanks so much for providing us with a great experience! We would definitely return to this hotel in the future.

The only con was that we could hear some noise from the other rooms around us. It didn't keep us from sleeping but if you are a light sleeper, you may want to take that into consideration.

Very nice stylish place with a funky view over Brooklyn rooftops. Staff were nice and helpful, the rooms were spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. Neighbourhood felt safe, and its a really short walk to the metro station if you wanna go M line to Manhattan. Short walk to Bedford avenue with loads of restaurants.

The hotel was nice, but the streets around are very typical for Brooklyn and Williamsburg. Expect things to not look at all like Manhattan or like a nice street back home, Williamsburg is nice and heartfelt but looks a bit rough on the edges. None of this is the hotels fault though, and if you want a proper Williamsburg feeling this will right up your alley.

beautiful rooms & surprisingly the restaurant downstairs was awesome. We ended up having a great dinner and delicious coffee the next morning

The hotel is very new (less than a year old) and has lots of high-tech amenities, inncluding an electronic "do not disturb/clean the room" system and night lights around the bed. Our room was fairly small, but the space was well organized, so that we were able to navigate the space well for the 5 days we were there. The bed was very comfortable. Although there was no breakfast included, the hotel did offer a discount on brunch at their on-site cafe (which we did not take advantage of). There was a refrigerator in the room, so we were able to have a healthy breakfast every morning.There was a grocery store nearby and it was a fairly short walk to lots of restaurants, bars and retail shops. Also, it was only half a block from the subway (M and J lines), and only a couple of stops to get into lower Manhattan.

The only down side was that the neighborhood is a bit sketchy (but not so much that we felt unsafe) and we saw several big rats running around the empty lot next to the hotel. To be fair, the rat problem exists everywhere in New York City, including the finest of hotels in the best neighborhoods. Fingers crossed that the new Rat Czar will be able to fix this problem. It didn't impact our experience inside the hotel, of course. We just crossed the street to avoid them when walking to the subway.

it appeared clean, the interior choice in decoration was decent & it was close to the venue i needed it to be nearby.

there was a white stain on one of the throw pillows on the bed; i didn’t use it. there are no screens in the windows—a fly was already in my room upon arrival & did not leave my stay. the curtains can’t be lowered. there are practically no outlets or accommodations for iphone users; so i had to keep my phone charging in the bathroom wall outlet if i didn’t want it on the floor.
