Very clean and comfortable property, with delicious treats and breakfast. Tea, coffee, and a refrigerator are available 24/7. This is important since some of the purchases needed to be refrigerated. Located a short drive from Watkins Glen, the owners are there to answer questions and knowledgable about locations to visit. You can hike the tree farm and enjoy the solitude it offers. With a friendly protective wrap-around porch, you can rock on comfortable chairs while enjoying your coffee or recently purchased wines. They do offer a wine opener and glasses if needed.

The host (Kim) was lovely, she was friendly and helpful. She cooked fresh cakes and cookies daily and left them there for guests to help themselves. She checked for allergies/food requirements when we arrived and then prepared fresh breakfast each day based on the requirements. She knows the area really well and helped us with places to walk/ visit (the winery tour was great). The room was quite small but it was fine for a few nights and the bathroom was good. The communal area has tea / coffee making facilities including tasty creamers 😁 it also has a large fridge/freezer and microwave for guests to use. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this homely place to others.

It was a fantastic trip. Kim and Robert make you feel like you are part of the family. The breakfasts were out of this world and there's also a trail that is great if you appreciate the sounds of nature like I do. The saying " Come as strangers and leave as friends" definitely applies to Tree Farm B&B. And by the way.....this place is spotless.

Kim made us breakfast. It was delicious. Coffee was already made which is important for us coffee drinkers. We took a walk on a trail on the property on a nice sunny morning. The bed was very comfortable. The location of the B&B was ideal for vising wineries along the west shore of Seneca Lake.

Can't think of one thing. I would stay here again.

Property was beautiful and location was ideal. Kim, the owner was wonderful. You can really tell she takes pride in her work and wants the guests to be satisfied. The entire place was extremely clean and welcoming. Small gestures like chocolate on your pillow and homemade muffins to enjoy were lovely.

TV in room was outdated and small, but otherwise everything else was great.

Fantastic location in a serene setting. Convenient to our favorite wineries and Watkins Glen. Breakfast was outstanding.

Absolutely nothing needed to be improved, we loved the experience here and will surely return. Hostess was outstanding and the breakfast was superb. We normally do not eat breakfast but it was irresistible here.

A special place with a personal treatment. We've got from the hosts very detailed and helpful explanations about how to maximize our enjoying from our traveling plans in the next day. The most delicious breakfast was prepared a specially for us.

The location was very convenient for us. Very comfortable place, felt like home. The breakfasts were exceptional and Kim is an excellent host and very personable. Would definitely stay again.

I do not feel there is very much for her to improve on.

Breakfasts were very good: bacon quiche, hash brown pizza. Fresh baked goods every day we’re out for us also. You can’t ask for a quieter place to stay, with a wraparound porch and glider chairs. It felt like going home to my grandparents house. Very homey. We had several friends stop by and share the porch while waiting for dinner reservations and everyone loved it and the hostess was very welcoming!

We could have used a couple more towel racks in our bathroom. A non slip surface rug to put in the shower would be great.

The food was very good. The hosts create a congenial atmosphere. Very friendly. We were sitting on the lovely porch one morning enjoying the sense of being in the woods and farmland when down the quiet road came a Mennonite horse and buggy. We very much enjoyed hiking the trail on the property.
