Lake View Inn Lake George

Our stay was very nice and stayed an extra day.... The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.... We really appreciated the staff who were very nice and went out of their way to please us.....

nothing...we didn't expect too much because of the low price but it was nicer than expected...really nothing was bad.....

Location, keyless entry, fridge, microwave, new owner is super friendly (texted me that I could check in early and stay late)

Connor was a FANTASTIC host!! He helped ensure we had parking during an insanely busy time for them which was incredibly appreciated by this very pregnant guest!

It would have been nice for us to have been pre-blocked into a room further from the “living-room” after party that our group hosts. We were directly next to it in a room with an older bed that was bad on my back. We made it work, but for the future I would suggest always blocking pregnant guests in a more comfortable room. Does not cloud my assessment that Connor and the staff are AMAZING though!

Didn't have breakfast. But Connor & the staff was great. They let us in prior to check in & had the option to check out late at no extra charge.

The threat of rain the next morning which didn't allow us to sleep in because my wife & I were on my motorcycle.

I like the kindness of the owner who is a new owner and he's trying to redo an older Mom and Pops Motel. We were traveling with our dog and he was most kind about letting her stay and after we had talked a bit he sure that he had to put his own dog to sleep that very day. The motel is a work in progress and the owner is doing everything he can to make it the best and to keep it in the style that was initially built. It's very clean and it makes it very safe. Price was very reasonable. It was a great stay. Will stay there again. By the way I was towing a camper and he made sure I had ample place to park and to turn around. Janice

The property is conveniently located on the main street, within a walking distance to the beach (~13 minutes walk), and many restaurants/bars. The room was freshly painted and cleaned. The bathroom was updated. The bed was very comfortable and the sheet were clean. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and provided good tips on local attractions.

The only drawback would be a close proximity to a fairly busy street. There was some traffic noise to be heard late into the night. But, this might be because I'm a very light sleeper. No other complains.

The room was great. Connor's level of customer service was impressive. Very accommodating.

The staff were very responsive whenever I needed assistance or had a question. I had forgotten my room code late night & was afraid no one would be up at that time to help but they were on call & assisted me immediately. They were also great about checkout. Having kids sometimes you need a lil extra time. Love how quiet the location is and how close it is to all the shops and the water. Labor Day weekend is very busy so we were grateful for such a nice stay.

No trash can in bathroom for women with sanitary items.

The check in was great despite the system being down. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. The Price was the best in the area for that evening and the room was far better than other motels in the area that have cost me more. The location is great too, easily walkable to the main places in Lake George.

The only criticism I could give was that there was nobody at the office when we checked out. Other than that I can't say a bad word about the motel!
