The woman that checked me in was super nice and very efficient. We needed an extra pillow and she delivered it within minutes. I spoke to her about the area and she offered some good ideas.
The room was old but very clean. The door to the bathroom and the main door were a little tough to open and close.

The staff is great. I ended up coming earlier than expected. They put myself my newborn and husband in a bigger room for the same price we paid. To accommodate with all the baby items we have.
Only the little stains on the ceiling and smelling cigarette smoke through the bathroom vent.

Breakfast wasn't served as to Corona-19 Virus precautions. The coffee was plentiful and tasty.
The room has trash in it from a previous stay. The room we were in was double booked to another guest after we had checked in. It was alarming to have the door lock tried in the middle of the night.

The man working with front was so nice . Very helpful with any questions and needs. Loved the location because it wasn’t right In downtown so the traffic wasn’t as heavy . And being across from the outlets is a win win! Everything was clean and easy check in and out . Definitely will stay again

One of the rooms we booked didn't have towels and the ac wasn't working. The walls in the wall were pretty dirty.

I arrived a little early. Knowing the room would not be ready. They ready to room for me within 20 minutes. Outstanding job. The location is great if you’re into outlet stores. They’re all within walking distance.
