Comfort Inn & Suites near Stadium

The hotel was very modern and clean, staff was kind and helpful. The room was big, the bathroom was great with modern facilities. It had microwave, fridge, iron but no safe. The hotel is really close to the subway station, only 5-minute walk. We would stay here again.

Breakfast buffet didn't have many options and didn't have fresh food (only cereals, yogurt, packaged sandwiches and muffins, milk and juice). Sadly the room didn't have lights in the ceiling, only lamps, which was a little bit dark. The hotel is in The Bronx which has a reputation for being unsafe, but the hotel is just across the bridge in the first subway station. This area looked poorer than Manhattan and we felt a little bit uncomfortable but not unsafe. The streets are wide and calm. We never had any trouble in our 5-minute walk from the 138st metro station to the hotel.

Everything was great! Nice clean rooms and exceptional staff. Great location to get on the subway to go to Yankees game and into the city

$22 a night parking fee was a little ridiculous. It is a chain hotel parking should be included on your stay. First time I have ever had to pay for parking at a chain hotel.

Everything was decent and clean.

There’s not enough parking! So please try to make more parking available when the times is right for your business. But ASAP is will make things smooth and less headaches for people because people love hotels that have parking available for every costumer that is staying at the hotel.

Other than shower floor. My stay was 5star in 3star area. What do you want though its blocks away from Yankee stadium.👊🏾👊🏾👊🏾 lets go Mets.

The shower floor was scuffed, I guess by others wearing their shower slippers.

Very clean and very safety and security conscious. Staff are very concerned about the comfort of the clients.

There's a lack of bath tub in each room and that's the only drawback. Otherwise the facility and staff are great. I will only change my review if they play games releasing my deposit upon check out as you don't want any games with your money.

The bed was big and comfortable, the room was very spacious and equipped with all necessities. I didn't have a chance to try the breakfast but I peaked at it and it looked good!

The location of the room was exposed to so much noise (it was close to the elevator on the 2nd floor and close to an ice machine as well). Housekeepers were very loud and woke us up everyday from just the sound of their voices and knocking at doors. Other customers were also being pretty loud, walking and screaming and using the ice machine. The curtain in our room was broken and didn't fully close.

Rooms were nice. We had two side by side. Everything was stocked in the room appropriately. No weird smells. Staff was seen vacuuming halls and cleaning common areas. I was pleasantly impressed with the upkeep. Assessable to trains and front desk staff and security was helpful with questions.

The area was South Bronx, which I'm fine with as I have lived in NY. However, the highways were constantly backed up when we used our car to travel. Breakfast was offered daily, but had little variety, so after day 3 it wasn't beneficial. Parking spots were tight and one night someone was so close we could barely get in our car.

The boys were mainly there to see a couple Yankees games. The room was clean and fine. Very convenient to stadium. Nice to have a fridge, microwave, coffee.

The shower doors need to be fixed! Would open on own while showering. Bathroom lights would turn off, because they were on a sensor. Area is not the greatest, but very convenient to subway and stadium. Very noisy early in the mornings, and should have do not disturb signs so cleaning staff doesn't interrupt early.

Upon arrival the AM front desk agent was very accommodating (Sorry) I don't remember the agent's name. We had a Broadway Show to attend before the 3:00pm check-in. She offered to store our luggage, until we returned later that evening to check-in. We were a little apprehensive about leaving our luggage unattended. But the agent assured us that our luggage would be safe. And it was! Throughout, our stay the agent was friendly and provided great restaurant recommendations. Our room was very clean. Also, the breakfast attendant was very courteous and helpful.

Upgrade Towels.

The room was a good size for three people. Comfortable beds and clean well equipped bathroom with large shower. The breakfast was included in room cost and provided good selection of food. Coffee was surprisingly good. Appreciate parking was an assigned space (see below). Location was good for the event attended.

The automatic/motion detector lights were a bit annoying particularly if someone got up at night. Would be helpful if website provided more detail about parking ie must be reserved in person, on first come first served basis. On a busy weekend was lucky to get the last spot. But appreciate the fact was an assigned parking space.
