Cleanliness and hot showers

Area was noisy, but that is the neighborhood and not the hotels fault

The cleanness was great! Staff was awesome as usual. The rooms was cozy. Air conditioner definitely works. Yes the neighborhood looks bad but it’s really not. If you mind your business you’ll be fine. It does get loud at times.

I realize there’s are no chairs in the WHOLE HOTEL. Chairs need to be in the rooms. My boyfriend and I have to sit on the toilet if we need to sit down for something. We kept having to turn the air conditioner off and on due to it getting EXTREMELY COLD. There wasn’t a button to turn the air down. It had to be ran full blast. And the blankets on the bed was very thin. Will bring my own next time. The microwave situation I feel is unacceptable for the price that we pay for the room. There is only one microwave in the lobby. None in the rooms. I have to go all the way downstairs to the lobby just to heat up my food. That’s ridiculously!!

I love the stay. Very clean, big, and good customer service.

I like the convenient location, check-in process was simple, the staff was friendly and kind, and the room was okay. It could have been better.

I did not like that I had to call the front desk to ask for a desk chair and a new light bulb for the room. The lock on the bathroom door was broken and the air conditioner was broken too. I had to turn it on by the switch on the plug. It was just okay. They need to do better to fix things that are broken before the room is booked.

Overall it’s nice and meets my expectations however when first booking it was ranging from $112 to like $140 after a week of opening it’s now $160 to $180 it’s expensive and after $40 taxes it’s really high we have to be greeted by homeless people asking for money right in front of the establishment then garbage right outside of it and I stay here a lot wow on vacation

Building looked newly done, rooms are spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Had an issue with the TV they responded quickly. Rooms were clean and the place was definitely a place that you would feel secure.

Umm that bed is hard but doable. Now pillows need a little more fluff overall I’d recommend the place.

Very nice place I hope they continue having standards and not give in to the negative vibes of what people think they should expect because it's in the Bronx.

It was a place to relax and regroup, I did just that. I would recommend.

It is a brand new building in the Bronx. Easy to find. Everything was perfect, they had smoking and non-smoking room but this is the Bronx. I hope it stay perfect.

A couple had a big argument in the hallway that should've stayed in there room. So for about 10-15min hallway was loud. All in all I had a relaxing time
