This is a great location in relation to Cooperstown and other areas in Central New York. It's a great alternative for someone visiting the area who wants a more relaxed and rural setting compared to staying somewhere like Utica. Janet and David are wonderful hosts. The rooms are large and clean and worked well for our family. Our kids enjoyed the pool and seeing the horses outside. The continental breakfast had a great variety and was a great start to our day. It was the perfect blend of the amenities you look for in a hotel with the service and seclusion you'd have at a BNB or other type of accommodation.

We absolutely were blown away by this newer resort. The pool was awesome, rooms very spacious, and owners were kind. Continental breakfast was provided in the morning. The beds were comfy. Their common area near the pool is stocked well!
I wouldn’t say it was a dislike, but it was the only item for improvement. We were not expecting the front of the resort to actually be their house so we missed it at first when we arrived. We had to turn around. I would inform guests of that prior to arrival so they are aware!

It was very clean with a great pool and common area. The hotel room was spacious. The owners were great and there was everything you would need. It was a homy atmosphere within a hotel setting.
It.is out on country roads so if you were looking for a more city atmosphere this wouldn't be for you.

Janet and David were awesome. So friendly and had great recommendations and stories. The pool/sauna/hot tub came in very handy when my son was injured playing baseball in Cooperstown.

This is a remote location and we were surprised to find such a nice hotel with a huge pool, large rooms, and a continental breakfast.
The property is great! Would be good to add a few hooks or something to put/hang clothes in the bathroom.
