SpringHill Suites by Marriott Raleigh Cary

The room was pleasant. It was large and had a decent size refrigerator and a microwave. It was clean. The breakfast offered a lot of options and the food was good. There was plenty of room in the breakfast area. It was quiet at night. The work out room is better than most hotel gyms. The location was great with a five minute drive to tons of restaurants and shopping.

Ideally I would have preferred a room with 2 queen beds but none were available even though I booked my room three months before my trip. I had to sleep on the pullout couch and it was not very comfortable. Also there was only one chair in the room and an extra chair would have been helpful. They only offered housekeeping every other day and I had to request it several times before someone came. Also there was always trash piled up by the elevator and a dirty plate sat on the table outside the elevator for most of a day before it was removed. They could have done a better job with trash management.

The breakfast was great. The staff were exceptional and made our stay relaxing. We had a great time at the pool and the room was wonderful. It definitely exceeded my expectations. I would stay here again.

The hallways were a little muggy and I paid around $30 more than I had been quoted because of an incidental charge. I didn't mind it, but I wish I would have known that up front. It takes several days after you check out to get reimbursed. If someone doesn't know to budget for that, it could be an issue.

The location and close proximity to restaurants and other locations. the staff was cordial at the desk. the room was very clean and stocked with linens and other amenities.

The breakfast lacked juice as the machine was broken both mornings. There was nothing but peanut butter for bagels and the yogurt seemed old and I could not determine the expiration date.

Excellent breakfast with plenty of seating areas in the lobby. It was great not to feel the need to wake up early just to get a table, as is our experience with other hotels. In the evening, we went down for some cocktails, as they had working bar. It was a nice addition after a long day. We didn't use the swimming pool or the gym, but those were available. Lots of parking spaces.

The room setup was awesome. From the bathroom, to the bed set up and the desk/couch area was great. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast well. It was a super clean room. We will most like look at Springhill suites in future travels

appropriately equipped and stocked business or personal hotel. good breakfast. easy to get to and get into.

The property was in the later stages of refurbishment. The seating was worn and sat uncomfortably. carpet in stair well was badly worn. good location. Good staff. Good stay.

Breakfast was great!

It seemed our ac in room wasn’t very good. Not sure why. It didn’t cool real well, but we only stayed one night. So there was no time to let the front desk know.

clean, comfortable, nice shower, since sitting area with couch, microwave and fridge,

could use a thicker comforter, I like a down or synthetic down style not these super thin options between blankets

The room layout is amazing. Nice furnishings and comfortable seating areas. The staff is warm and friendly and helpful.

Needs a little more parking And the elevator was questionable

I love the location! The hotel was nice & I am big on customer service & their service was a 10!

I did t like that the sheets wasn’t that clean but it wasn’t a big deal as we bring our own sheets & Lysol
