Comfort Suites Regency Park

4/6/23-4/9/23 I had booked the king suite with a handicap accessible tub. The room was a nice size, bathroom was nice and clean, breakfast was ok, and at the time the pool was closed...That was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. Overall it was worth the money and I would stay here again when I visit Raleigh NC, the hotel is in Cary, NC which is 30 min from Raleigh NC.

I didn't like how the couch looked old, one of our lights was not working, and the room wasn't too bright

Value. Kate was great upon check in. Size of room was FANTASTIC! Our room over looked the woods so privacy was nice.

I hated the fact we were right across from the house keeping room. All morning we heard the door slamming against the lock. A suggestion would be to put a towel over the lock part so it wasn't banging loudly against the metal all morning. Pool was closed. Bummer. Weed smoking was happening on the 4th floor. Only hope that since my card was taken for the non smoking deposit that it applies to those who actually don't follow the rules. It's such a dominant smell that for those that don't like the smell it creates a bad vibe. The only other thing not so great was the AC was quite loud. But a good hotel stay and we would recommend!

I like that it was tucked back off of the main roads. The staff was cordial and helpful. I traveled with my pet and enjoyed being on the lower level which was below the lobby level. It was quiet and the room was excellent.

If anything, the parking lot got crowded at night. I’m particular about where I park my brand new car. No big deal though, I was able to find a suitable location.

Location was good. Room was clean. First floor room as convenient.

The room door does not block a lot of sound. I could hear everyone in the hallway and all the people in the lounge area. Also, the housekeeping staff would hang out and have loud conversations in the breakfast area. Was a little unprofessional.

Location was perfect for us. Bathroom was set up nicely for my handicapped husband.

The small refrigerator in our room froze everything. It didn't seem to have a temperature regulator. One of our canned sodas actually exploded in there. Floor area was a bit tight for a wheelchair bound person.

The staff was courteous.The room was clean and the bed was comfy.

The sink in my bathroom had a drainage issue, it took the water like 3-5 minutes to go down the drain. In addition, none of the ice machines were working.

The customer service we received was phenomenal. The front desk associate, Kate, was so welcoming and knowledgeable. It made us feel extremely comfortable and satisfied with our decision to stay at this hotel.

The only thing I think that could have been improved on is the breakfast menu but I completely understand that covid has impacted a lot of things. Other than that everything was great!

we were missing some things in our room. We got there, but we went to the front desk and ask for them and receive them.

Indoor heated pool. Large size room. Friendly staff. Good location

Breakfast options very less. Eggs not done well. Coffee is just ok. Bathroom shower curtain was short. Water was flowing out.

Staff was friendly and they at least attempted to give you a bagged breakfast. A lot of places that normally offered a complimentary breakfast, just aren’t offering anything at all. I appreciated that this hotel at least gives you something.

It was smelly in the hallway, but our room did not stink. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and there’s no room service during your stay. We only stayed for 2 nights so it wasn’t a big deal. You got what you paid for and that’s all I could ask for :)
