MainStay Suites Raleigh - Cary

Very large room with great kitchen. Had two TVs one in the living area and one in the enclosed bedroom. Great location right off the interstate and in the upscale Cary suburb. Yet is was quiet and only a few miles from downtown Raleigh!

They did not change linens/or provide fresh towels even after we asked, but that maybe the nature of a long stay hotel. We had to ask for additional toilet paper at the front desk which the attendant gave us immediately and she was very friendly. Did find one small roach in the bathroom but otherwise the hotel and room were clean.

The location is good and pretty quiet. The staff I encountered was very friendly. It was a decent stay for the price, and considering they are going through renovations.

I understand they are going through a major renovation, but whoever is doing the work for them could be better about where they leave the debris. In the hallway isn't that great of a place for things like that to be. I also hope they replace the bedframes soon. Mine was a little rocky if you set on the bottom edge.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. When there was any problem they acted very quickly and made our stay there very comfortable.

The was problem with AC in our room, but when I reported it to the staff they immediately gave us different room. Breakfast was only on the go- you got a bag with orange, muffin, granola bar and bottle of water. It was just a good snack.

Great location with a restaurant and a sports bar next door . Very secluded property off of the main road with beautiful trees. The rooms were large and the hotel. Was quiet.

The room keys are constantly needing to be rekeyed. had to do so six times in five days. And each time there were other guests doing the same - the desk staff said it happens constantly. Might be time to upgrade to better digital keys. And I kept the keys in the sleeve and away from my other devices (as well as I could) . There is no ramp at the back of the facility so it's hard to get luggage in.

Size of the room. Room was clean. Bathroom needed little bite detailing. Hair in shower

Every room is pet friendly. Busy weekend so had to book room for 6 more days 30 minutes away from hospital. Hotel veery hard to find even with GPS had to call hotel

Very nice people and the place was very clean we enjoyed our stay I would recommend this hotel to anyone🤗 And the General manager Mr. Hines He was so polite friendly and funny I would come back here to see him on a daily basis if I could🤗 and the rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful and nice as well. Thank you all for your Hospitality we will be back soon🤗

There was nothing not to like !

Would have preferred a warm breakfast

I traveled with my son. The room had a sofa bed but there were no extra sheets or mattress cover for use. Had to share my comforter and one of the blankets.. Complimentary toiletries should have included toothbrush and toothpaste

Clean and safe

False advertising. Websites said include breakfast and it didn't included it. This advertising should be remove from Websites since customers truly look for this option in they reservation

Insect problem anywhere near food. Must keep food away from the open. Other than that, the stay was great. The manager, Janetta, was amazing. She helped me with my last minute booking changes. Andrea who worked at the front desk was kind and very helpful! Great stay.
