Courtyard by Marriott Raleigh Cary

Once we got there, the stay was wonderful. The beds were very comfy, The shower was clean and roomy, the black out curtains were AMAZING especially with the fabulous noon check out. Front desk staff and bistro staff were super kind and helpful!!

The customer support BEFORE arrival is horrible. I booked through Booking.com but when I had questions about the rooms was instructed to call the # for the hotel. That number sent me down an automated menu spiral from Hell that ultimately ended me up with mostly people who either couldn't find my reservations or some how couldn't hear me or disconnected me all together. The few helpful people I did get were very helpful though. Getting to them was a nightmare. Led to alot of probably unnecessary anxiety for me.

We stayed here for one night just to see a comedy show in town. Very nice location not too far from the action (having your own car is probably best). There’s a nice area right next to it, and our room was clean. The check in and out process is quick. And they have a little area where you can get snacks, use a microwave, or get tiny toiletries. They also have a nice bistro/Starbucks area. There’s also a bar in the lobby as well as a nice little courtyard area.

I didn’t stay long enough to find fault anywhere.

I can always count on Courtyard Marriott. It is the same high quality each time I am there. My salad missed a few things but I don’t mind about that if I am sleeping SO well and the rooms are spotless.

It was nice having a balcony over the pool. Although I didn't use it, the food bar/restaurant looked like good food and very clean. The little store was a nice add on to grab a quick snack late at night for a few bucks.

There for a siemens course, so location perfect. Staff right up there with the best that I can think of.

Breakfast selection. I didnt eat dinner in hotel due to selection.

We came to Cary to attend the Chinese Lantern Festival. The hotel's location was very convenient. We were very comfortable and slept well. We had plans to meet friends for brunch, so we did not eat at the bistro.

The toilet seat was loose, otherwise everything was fine.

I loved the exceptional staff members. They were very helpful and understanding.

the door key didn’t work properly, you had to jiggle the handle in order to get into the room. there was no microwave in the room.

Convenient location. Clean room and comfortable bed.. Breakfast in the lobby was very good.

No bathtub in room.

Amazing hotel, very comfortable rooms and great location! Staff are extremely kind and welcoming, we always have a relaxing stay-cation destination!

Nightly rates are a little bit pricey, but you’re paying for a quality hotel!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and efficient, a welcome change from other hotels we've stayed in over the past year. The Bistro is a great place for breakfast, or late night snacking.
