Breakfast was wonderful the staff kept everything clean and stocked - the red velvet waffle mix was phenomenal. They were super personable ! Nice variety of snacks for purchase at the front desk. Facility was clean and orderly.
Check in took a little while, which was surprising. Considering I pre booked and pre paid. staff at the front desk couldn't find my reservation because they didn't "scroll down far enough?" - their quote. Also they kept saying "huh? thats weird" - with zero explanation I didn't feel super welcomed as I checked in .

I liked the keyless check in
The toilet paper holder was broken, carpet was stained, they only put 2 towels and 2 wash cloths in our bathroom. We went up on a Saturday night meaning when we showered Saturday we would have to reuse the same cloths and towels for our shower on Sunday (THAT WAS A NO NO)! I had to request more

Staff was very nice and polite, the room was very clean and comfortable. If we had to travel out to this area again me and my husband would be more than happy to stay at this location again.
Hotel was a little hard to find but other than that I have no complaints.

they forgot to exchange my linens and did not have enough to use for my stay, not sure why the forgot to take dirty linens and leave fresh clean ones. i know it is covid and understand that breakfast was not the normal way of doing it. The food in the bag was all sweets: pastry, fruit cup, and breakfast bar. maybe in the future do something more healthy or salty like trail mix, peanuts, chex mix etc...

Saturday morning/ Sunday morning desk clerk was not to friendly or talkable. Every time I went to desk to ask for something (linens, breakfast bag or ask a question, he was always on his phone, did not acknowledge me and acted like it was a bother to help me, he had parked under the canopy out front making it difficult to drive through or load up in the mornings.

Clean enough, for the pandemic in 2021, yet still manage to provide breakfast etc. Not using the pandemic as an excuse to stop providing services Decent shower heads and water pressure
4 pillows on bed and all were too high. Could hear the neighbor's TV quite well till around midnight .
