The free muffins were great, and the location felt safe and easily accessible.

The wifi was not very useful for anything other than checking basic email. But that was a minor point. Overall, the hotel was very good for the affordable price we paid.

Loved its location close to the event I attended.

There was no breakfast even though they said breakfast included. The stay was nice. I like they have a full kitchen. Bed was very comfy and it was very clean. Shower was so nice ! I would stay again.

it’s not well set up for just a few nights. it’s better for long term stays. doesn’t have the expected amenities of a hair dryer in the room, coffee mugs or cutlery to use in the kitchen, or even an ice machine on property. it was hot while I was in North Carolina, and it was suggested that I buy ice at a local store for my drink cup. there were tips in the carpet. and a bag of someone else’s trash was left in my hallway for over a day. not a very good place to stay.

The staff was friendly when someone working there was finally seen.

Dirty rooms. I had to clean for my kids to play on the floors. The bed was broken. The bathtub had no hot water, called the front desk but maintenance never came. Worst of all They have roaches! I even took pictures so they wouldn't claim we were lying. Only a matter of time before they are everywhere. I noticed on the last day of our stay and was highly upset, but chose not to cause a scene thinking they would make it right! I told the front desk and they said they would have their manager call me, but the manager never did! Needless to say, I am disgusted and will never return to this hotel. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone because now I have to go through all of our belongings to make sure we don't bring unwanted pests home!

The staff was rude. Toilet didn’t work in room. No plates or utensils in the room (yet was advertised that it was available) and when asked the front desk if we could get plates, we were told that they didn’t have plates or anything like that.
