Clarion Hotel Conference Center

The hotel seems like it was renovated and the room was updated and very clean. We were on the first floor and were not disturbed by any sounds from the outside. The staff was very friendly and accommodated an extra day stay without issue. I'm not a big Mexican food fan but the attached restaurant was Mexican and the food was spectacular. We would definitely stay here again.

To be honest, there was nothing I did not like. And I usually always find something.

Front desk staff were friendly. Restaurant attached was very convenient. Room was comfortable and nicely renovated. Bed was extremely comfortable.

Hotel was in mid renovation so we seen some old parts versus the new parts. Not really a negative but if it wasn’t under renovation from the old style we probably would not have stayed.

The circumstances surrounding our trip was heartbreaking, as we were saying goodbye to our grandmother. The peace of mind i got from knowing i had a nice place to stay definitely put me at ease.

Our room had recently been renovated. It was excellent. Great bedding, towels and decor. Floor looked like hardwood - some sort of laminate. Bath had walk in shower, but the bathroom was a bit small. Microwave and refrigerator were new as well as everything else. Sofa was a bit stiff, but ok. Overall the room was very comfortable - I would stay here again. Staff was sweet and very accommodating. Also the Rendezvous restaurant is on the property, with one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had - the Maggie Valley special.

The property is under construction. The first floor is complete but the second floor is being worked on. No wi Fi in the rooms. The lobby is a mess - small space with oversized furniture. I hope they fix that.. The grounds are a mess due to construction.

Absolutely wonderful staff with awesome service!! 16 of us ate at the restaurant for dinner (along with several separate parties) and they only had 3 waitresses working. They definitely went above and beyond to give us great service!!

Everything was great and we had no complaints at all!!!

They were accommodating to all the members of our club and had space for us to have a club dinner one night.

Location was a bit away from the action, but everything else the staff did made up for it

The room was very nice, clean bathroom, recently renovated. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Buford.

The first floor was under renovation, so it was a mixed bag. Some of the floor was obviously newly installed tile that looked terrific, but the elevator was clunky and a bit banged up.

Allowed my dog. Friendly staff. Beautiful clean rooms.

Meeting other dogs at the elevator. Couldn't be helped and easily solved. No big deal the beds are mighty high for short people and handicapped people. Just saying.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. It was pet friendly and we love taking our fur babies with us!

There were no options for breakfast since it was bagged so we ate out.

sink was stopped up, shower door wouldn’t stay closed, needed adjustment being new I guess, shower head and spigot in shower wasn’t tight
