Best Western Mountainbrook Inn Maggie Valley

When we go to the mountains maggie valley is our favorite place to stay, it's quite and not far to drive to Cherokee, waynesville, or pigeon forge. We always want to stay at the best western, the staff is great, rooms are always clean , towels are soft and the beds are wonderful. The price of the rooms are reasonable and you get your moneys worth . As. Far as breakfast is concerned we enjoy going to country vittles, the breakfast is great and the price is good. If we could we would stay for a month , God created the mountains and we look forward to ging every chance we get !!! MAGGIE VALLEY BEST WESTERN MOUNTAINBROOK INN

Everything is good, we have no complaints

The breakfast is excellent. Hot coffee is available all day long in the office. The staff was all really friendly and helpful - from the cleaning people to the office staff to the breakfast lady - everyone went out of their way to be considerate and friendly - from getting us more towels to anything else we needed. Wish we could rate the staff as exceptional because they deserve it.

Great memories coming here as a kid but sad that the hot tub was closed (and it didn't say at time of booking). It wasn't just closed but it hadn't been used for many years - hole in the ground with no water, filled with junk. Putting a cover on it would make it look better.

Our stay was short but I enjoyed it. Everything was clean and the breakfast was good. The hidden Gem at this property was the staff. Every staff member I encountered was so accommodating. Especially Misty she made my sister and I feel welcomed the moment we stepped foot on the property. I noticed her interacting with everyone this way. In such a polarized world we live in today it was refreshing to see someone so personable and appeared to genuinely love her job and did it well. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. If I had anything to critique it would be the bathroom needs updating.

This was a great place to stay in Maggie Valley. Room and bathroom were very clean. Beds were firm and very comfortable. It included a very nice breakfast every morning with something for everyone - really want one of those pancake cookers for my kitchen! Staff in the office and the ladies keeping the breakfast items filled were all very friendly, and it was obvious they take pride in their work. Would definitely stay here again!

Water in shower did not drain well.

The staff was awesome. We asked for a room on the bottom floor because we had an 85 yr old with us and they was able to accommodate us. The rooms was nice and clean. The TV wouldn't change with the up and down buttons so we had to punch the channel numbers in which would of been fine but we didn't have a guide to tell us what the channels was. That was ok because we had 2 rooms and was able to use the channel guide from them. The breakfast was awesome!! Best continental breakfast I've found yet.

The TV was outdated and wouldn't change channels and when we figured out how to change the channels we didn't have a guide to tell us what the channels was. They are not regular channels. We couldn't just punch "2" in the remote it had to be punched in like 32-1 34-3 and such without the tv guide you would never know this without calling the office. Other than that everything was great.

The beds sleep excellent. Breakfast all frozen food not happy with that taste bad..I booked to have mountain view and didn't have much ,put on backside on bottom floor ,and there was a lot of rooms available whole weekend so no reason for not a good view for what it said I would have when booked. And they was very good about getting us in the room a lot earlier than three that was excellent after driving 4 hours with granddaughter which she was 4 years old, that was very awesome. That really meant a lot to us we told a lot of people how awesome that was. Beds did sleep very good,room was very clean ,lots room in the room.

Breakfast food,was frozen , didn't taste good at all..better coffee please . Paid expecting a mountain view and really didn't have that much of a view on bottom floor behind the motel

I stayed in 3 different places in the area, and this one was the best hands down. Opening the door was a delightful sight. Clean, comfortable, and perfect. Can't say how much I enjoyed it. Breakfast was yummy--staff was amazing. Can I just stay at a place like this every time?

I really can't think of anything. Walking up the steps with suitcases was a mild inconvenience.

FRONT DESK PERSONALITY WHEN WE CHECKED IN THEY JUST GAVE US OUR KEY NO HOW ARE YOU HAVE A GREAT TIME THANKI YOU NOTHING. CHECKING OUT WAS THE SAME I EVEN SAID YALL HAVE A GREAT DAY THEY JUST LOOKED AT ME LIKE I WAS CRAZY OTHER THAN THAT THE STAY WAS GREAT. THE LADY THAT CLEANED UP AT THE BREAKFAST BAR WAS VERY FRIENDLY ON SATURDAY MORNING THOUGH!!

I called ahead to ask for extra pillows and towels, they gave me as many as I wanted! Being 8 months pregnant I was craving cereal at 8pm and the lovely woman at the front desk gave me milk! Every staff member we’ve encountered has been extremely nice and friendly! our room was clean and not a single complaint! we would def stay here again!

Location was great! Clean room and very friendly staff. Breakfast ending at 9am was too early for us to make it, we were on vacation and not early risers.

The plugged in air freshener was overwhelming, couldn't unplug it from the wall, thought we were going to have to go find another hotel first night, fortunately we found an off button after a second look. Only complaint.
