Five Star Inn - Maggie Valley

Loved everything about this motel! The cleanest I've ever been in! The staff makes you feel at home. We hated to leave, but we will definitely book here again. The creekside rooms are awesome! We arrived a day early but they had a creekside room available. They also changed our reservations from the street side rooms to the creekside. It is centrally located in Maggie Valley as well. We loved it here so much we told the owners we wanted to live there permanently!

There was nothing to dislike!

Was happy with everything! The location is perfect, right in the middle of town...the staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming! The room and property was very clean and very large! It is "older" in the sense of the style, almost like visiting a family member. Bed was very comfortable. Nice rocking chairs out front and Jonathan Creek in the back. Would definitely stay again no question! They had the fire pits going in the evening and even had an ice cream social one of the nights! The pictures are an accurate depiction of the room that we stayed in.

There was really no negatives for us! The only thing that some people may have issue with is a smaller TV. Mainly because the room was so large :) It was of no concern to us because we were rarely in the room.

A blast from the past a motel with a lot of years on it but still just a great place to stay very clean friendly place to sit and chat with the other guests loved the creekside and the rockers walking distance to alot of things we will stay again

We loved the creek side unit!! It was very peaceful and private. The staff was wonderful!!

The second night someone who smoked (and neither of us can tolerate smoke) stayed below us and we couldn’t enjoy sitting on the deck and it also came into our room thru the air conditioner as well.

Very nice creek side motel ,rocking chairs outside of rooms were nice in the evening as was the fire pit in the front yard it’s convenient to all of Maggie Valley restraunts and shops and things to do owners were so nice we’re planning on returning in the fall

The motel was great. It was clean and had a heat fan in bathroom. Sheets and towels were not your traditional hotel sheets and towels more like what you have at home. Office staff was friendly.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Great location, many motels to choose from in Maggie Valley but this is where you need to stay. Great roadside location, ample parking, and extremely clean rooms. Very friendly owners /staff. Called us right away when they found something that we had left behind. Great experience

Mrs. Dianne was a very nice & pleasant innkeeper! The room was a very quaint & comfortable oomph, with an old timey feel. The property was well kept & clean! We will definitely be staying there again!

It was clean and the staff was great. Not really any amenity's but we wasn't there to just stay in the room. Was able to sit around the fire pit with my whole group which was awesome.

What’s not to like?! The location is great! Maggie Valley is such a beautiful place. I personally could care less about big fancy overpriced hotels. I loved the feel of this place from the old-timey appliances, to the southern hospitality, to the “out-dated” decorations. The staff was super sweet, the creek along the backside was beautiful and our stay was exactly what we were hoping for.
