No pool or on-site parking. in room refrigerator didn’t work properly- wasn’t cold enough. And shower floor was way too slippery- it was scary! Room had only 2 small drawers and very few hangers for all our clothes - not very functional for our 3 night stay!! Who wants to live out of a suitcase??? Also should have plastic cups in room - only provided paper cups for coffee that don’t work for wine (or for soaking dentures)

It was mine and my husband’s first wedding anniversary, and upon arriving after being treated so politely and wonderful we were even given free drinks at the rooftop bar as an anniversary gift! It was a great time, and everyone was so friendly!

There’s not one thing that we didn’t like. The one thing that would have made this hotel absolutely perfect would have been if there was a hot tub or a spa tub in the room. But there was not anything we didn’t like about our stay.

The location and accommodations were amazing. I have already booked my next Cincinnati trip there.

The property wasn’t properly staffed, and the Upper Deck wasn’t opened on a Monday (one of the reasons we booked there). The front desk staff and bartender (Joe) were extraordinary and did a great job with the crowd. The major personnel problem we had was with what was probably a hospitality manager. After moving us for a private party, even though we told her that the food that was being delivered was ours they still served it to the party. She did us the favor of taking the food we didn’t get off our tab though when we didn’t want to order and wait another 40 minutes for dip and a flatbread.

We didn't have breakfast but used the hotel rooftop and bars. Very nice accommodations. Alos, I want to give a huge shoutout to to the valet team. They worked pretty hard getting everyone's cars out timely all weekend.

More options in drinks offered in the hotel snack area. Not really a complaint just comment.

We did not have any breakfast. The stay was excellant. Very luxurious accomodations. A couple blocks away from the Stadium which is why we stayed here. Staff was couteous and helpful. Rooms were super clean and comfortable. Also the valet was out of this world. You asked for your car and it was there in less than 5 minutes. those guys were on top of it!

Food. There was a bar and a small table that served finger foods. Nothing that I would eat for a meal. Drinks were quite pricey too. For 8 drinks ( 2 each), we paid 99 dollars. If we had known it would be that much for 4 of us we would have went to the pub up the street.

Close to everything, if you are coming for a game it’s the best place to stay. i love our balcony overlooking The Banks.

our booking included breakfast. We stayed sun-mom and most people were still off work because that Monday was part of the New Years holiday. we went down stairs at 9:30am for breakfast and they told us breakfast ended at 9. Which no one told us the time at check in and 9 is super early to end breakfast… and I had paid for it anyways.

We loved the location of the AC, it is so close to everything. Staff is always friendly & helpful. Rooms are spacious & comfortable. The AC Hotel at the Banks is our favorite go to when we are staying downtown Cincinnati.

I honestly can’t think of anything we don’t like about AC. We have stayed many times here & it is always a great experience.

Location was amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was really nice. The whole place had a really good vibe.

The bartender at the hotel bar (near the front desk) was not friendly and was clearly annoyed when people came in from the rooftop bar for a final drink.

We were there for a concert and just to get away for a couple of days. We had a balcony so we could sit outside and watch the boats on the river, listen to live music playing and just relax. There were plenty of plugs to charge phones, tablets, etc. We couldn't hear anyone else the entire stay and the hotel was sold out.

The bathroom door didn't lock. If it did we couldn't figure it out.

Did not have breakfast at the hotel. Location was excellent. Just a few steps to Great American Ballpark and Reds Hall of Fame. Lots of things within walking distance of the hotel. Loved having valet parking. Also loved the bathroom.

Can’t think of anything I did not like.
