Quality Inn & Suites Cincinnati Downtown

Breakfast was wonderful! The room was great too! And the location to GABP was great! Loved being able to take the back way into the stadium and right to our parking garage!! Couldn’t have been any more convenient!!

The bathroom needs to be a little bigger with a little more counter space and a few more hooks to hang towels and clothes on. The bathtub was a little slippery so some “tread” on the tub floor would have been much better and a few shelves to put toiletries on.

I thought a king size room would have been a bit bigger, but overall it was fine. Multiple times we could smell smoke from the hallway or room next door coming under our door. The smell was nauseating. It probably happened one or two times a day. No I didn't report it because people were probably smoking in the hallways and I didn't want to cause any scenes.

Good location close to ballparks and nightlife. The staff was top notch. Denzel checked me in and was very helpful. I got to speak with the GM and he was very helpful.

Didn’t feel like my vehicle was completely safe in the parking garage but nothing happened. I parked on the top level and could see my vehicle from my window. There was a disabled van up there with a bunch of stuff under it and it looked very sketchy. When I got off the elevator there was a bad musty smell in the hallway and the ice maker didn’t work.

Everything was great except for the parking. The room was clean and very nice. We were on the 8th floor. The hotel was full but it was quiet. The breakfast was good, the waffles were great. Overall, a 4.5 out of 5.

The parking was confusing. It was confusing and we had to circle the block several times to get back to the property to figure out there was an upper and lower to the parking. That was the only minus. Oh, and the location was in a weird spot.

The bed was comfortable. Everything was s little dated, and just a little dirty, but for the price we were highly satisfied.

The area though, yikes. Don’t go across the street to the marathon, you’ll only get hassled for money and berated when you decline. People walking around clearly intoxicated or on drugs. Workers do nothing to help at that Marathon. They just let people beg you to buy them cigarettes or beer.

I enjoyed the stay overall. The staff were kind and understanding, as well as being patient. The stay was exceptional not because of the room or the stuff but because of the trip. The room had its problems, the lamp shades were uneven, the shower head was falling off, there was something stuck in the bathroom sink drain, the door was difficult to open and close as well as the ice machine being broken on our floor. We didn't make it to breakfast any of the days so I can't say any more on that. It wasn't bad, thanks!

The beds were super comfy and we loved the included breakfast buffet! Very delish with hot foods and a great selection!!! Very close to the convention center and conference where we were visiting. Great views of the city too!

There does need to be some wall repairs and repainting but other than that, all was great! Just cosmetic work but everything was functional.

The front desk staff were really nice. The bar was great as well!

The breakfast. You are not allowed to take food up to your room, which is odd and the breakfast staff were not very friendly. We stayed here for a dance competition, and it would have helped tremendously if we could have gotten ready in our rooms and ate at the same time.

Considering the amount of traveling I do and hotel stays I’ve had this is surprising a diamond in the rough. Amazing turndown service. I stayed here for 5 nights and not only was the price great the staff was amazing. I was a bit skeptical at first from reading past reviews, but I’m here to say I had a great stay. My room was exceptionally clean / bed made every day/trash removed. Also the 12 floor has a bar/ no food offered. Just drinks at a reasonable price.

If I had anything negative to say it would be about the location of the hotel… A bit confused on what area I was in because there is a gas station directly across the street from the hotel that didn’t give good vibes due to the people hanging around it but other than that the view is basically the highways and warehouses it looks like. As I said a bit confused

The hotel was clean the bed was really comfortable. The room was clean. It was very close to all of the attractions we visited.

There was not a safe like it said in their brochure. The parking garage was a little scary. They should have security there at least at night.
