The handicap parking is a joke! All of the spaces that should be handicap reserved are taken up, and the actual handicapped parking is limited to about 5 spaces off to the side, and a fair distance, uphill, for someone on a walker or cane. It seems that a wheelchair bound individual traveling alone would really have a struggle. I don't know how this location is ADA approved. We also had a small hiccup with the lack of housekeeping staff after 5 p.m. We had been in the car for about 9 hrs total on check-in day and slept rather late the next day. We started that day around 4:30 p.m., and when we asked for housekeeping service , we were told that they had gone home for the day. The desk/management staff stepped up and brought fresh towels and emptied trash, but the bed was not made.

I was so surprised that there was a dinner buffet as well as the breakfast buffet. Mixed drinks along with wine and beer. The food was actually very tasty and hot. Showers have lots of hot water with a great shower head. The beds are so comfy!

The evening check-in host was grumpy and when I mentioned my dog, The website said there might be a pet charge. He said there was an extra $40 plus tax per night for my dog. I explained I have a very well-trained dog and was in town for a competition. I also said the host last year didn't charge for our dogs for the same weekend the previous year and we weren't charged any fees for the dogs. He said I must have lied. That really annoyed me, so I didn't say we had 3 well-behaved dogs for fear I'd be charged $40 plus tax for each dog.. My dog doesn't eat at the buffet or use the exercise room or pool. and doesn't waste towels or take showers like people who bring all their children do. My dog is my child. Oh, and to top it off the refrigerator did not work well.

We loved the complimentary 5:30 Wind down snacks as well as breakfast. I had a hankering for Oreos and milk late in the evening, got the Oreos at the market but no milk. I asked Cayla at the front desk where I could get milk and she dropped what she was doing to get me some. She is a star staff member, thank you Cayla! We had an issue with a malfunctioning toilet, told the front desk and it was fixed when we returned. Loved our king suite and we will stay at Drury every time we come to Dayton! Can't say enough good about this property!

I really can't think of anything we didn't like. Maybe just the toilet issue but it was quickly fixed.

The happy hour in the evening and breakfast the next day were wonderful! A great selection of cocktails and delicious food were provided at no additional cost. It was so nice after our long drive to not have to search out a restaurant for dinner. Our room was very clean, extremely comfortable and quiet. An ice machine is located on each floor as an added convenience. Our dog loved it, too! Location was easily accessible from the highway. We discovered Drury Inns on our way to Florida for the winter and then had the good fortune to be able to stay multiple times at different locations. Given the choice, Drury will always be our first choice.

A $40 charge for having a dog seems a bit excessive.

Check in with james was good. Clean and safe location! pool first night was nice and clean Kick back on Thanksgiving was awesome! Good food and clean. Many options to choose from. room was nice and large, clean, but the pull out room was hotter room and not able to be cool for comfort. King bedroom was great and comfort temp. Breakfast was nice. Would like to see some more healthier options thou. Biscuits and gravy was good and fresh each am. pool was nice temp Bar staff was excellent and kind. Management was attentive and talking with guest during Kick back! I used the lobby computer but was unable to print as requested. This was an excellent property to stay. Nice happy and clean. Located in a great area. I felt safe and had many options of food and shopping.

The air in the bonus room more controlled. Pull out was very uncomfortable for my teenager. More trash cans for simple trash.

The location was great. Access to our major travel route was only about a mile. We were first introduced to Drury hotels about three weeks ago as we traveled west. We were pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of the experience. We purposely sought out druryhotels.com and our way back east, and really wish that they were all over the country because this is where we would have stayed, and will stay in the future.

We weren’t able to use our discount, because when looking for the hotel online booking.com came up and we didn’t know how to navigate to the Drury site. One of the staff aT our last stay in Dayton Ohio gave us the access website so we can book directly with Drury and apply our discounts in the future.

The location was outstanding. You are literally by everything you need, gas, food, dessert, and toiletries if needed, within walking distance. The hotel was very accommodating. The staff was courteous and beyond helpful. The rooms are nice, exceptionally clean. They had new TV's in the rooms and nice big sizes so you were able to see what you were watching. There were free drinks and meals provided at certain times during your stay which was very nice.

The bed to myself and my husband were to soft. The pillow are a no go for us as well. Needed more filling in them. Lastly the room they had us in was on the top floor in the corner. The bathroom was in the corner so the toilet and the door met which was awkward. If you were using the restroom and you mate tried to come in the door would hit you.

Beautiful facility. Very, clean😊. Friendly and very helpful staff. The manager, Steve, was very friendly, helpful and great with guests. Kristi, at the front desk, was awesome. We were greeted with a smile and even though she was very busy, she prioritized and very efficiently handled our check-in while taking care of calls, etc. Dinner AND breakfast is included! Drury is now my hotel of choice!!,

There isn’t anything to dislike!

I loved the staff. Everybody was so nice and professional. They made sure my family and I were enjoying ourselves.And the bartender made the best drinks and I so pleasant to talk to as my drink was being made

The beds wasn't all that comfortable. One of our beds had a coffee spill on the bottom of the sheets and by how strong the smell was you would've thought it wasn't ever washed just flipped to the bottom

I arrived with my wife around 6pm and did not expect any snacks. We were thinking of going to a restaurant to eat; however, we were tired from driving. The snacks and food available were a welcomed surprised and it helped us relax and enjoy the rest of the stay. We are thinking of coming back when we do travel again.

I wished there were instructions on how to operate the thermostat in the room. Although it took us a while to figure it out, we eventually did.
