very clean and tidy, lobby and dining area very nice! Felt new and modern

I know beds are a personal preference but in my opinion they could be softer and more pillow top padding. also there was a really really strong smoking odor. I think the non smoking policy should be strictly enforced because it was overwhelming by the second floor elevator

Was in a peaceful area. clean beds and bathroom. I read previous comments when some people complained about breakfast, I’ll say those are spoilt brats. breakfast was just wonderful I can’t complain of anything at all. great gym and pool. overall, it’s a wonderful place with every amenity a modern hotel has to have. highly recommended.

Normal type of breakfast.

Cleaner came out of my room as we approached the room after breakfast, 2 hours before checkout. Said he was freshing up. Even though our suitcase were packed by the door. He said he made a mistake.

The staff during our stay was outstanding. They were very attentive and kind. Especially when I checked in, there was a young lady that was training a new young lady and she multitasked making sure we were checked in and good to go as well as ensuring her trainee was successful. Top notch service all around!

There was nothing I did not like. Everything was superb and exceeded our expectations. If I had to complain it would be that there were no more King Rooms. That was not a deal breaker though!

Gas cars continually parking in the only two charging stations available. One of the main reasons for booking this hotel was to charge my car.

Good value for money. Located near several chain restaurants. Check-in and check-out staff helpful, pleasant, and efficient. Good for business travel and for solo travelers.

I’m a difficult person to accommodate because of my height. I asked for a handicap room, but the beds were to low.

The breakfast choices appeared to be nice.

If there had actually been breakfast "food" when we were there to eat, it would of been better. Airline flight crews were there when we went down to eat, and had basically eaten everything along with coffee...so we ate elsewhere.

That they are pet friendly

I didn't like the fact that they don't clean the occupied rooms until you check out. We had to go ask for towels everyday. But PSA was doing a flight attendant training and their rooms got cleaned everyday. 🙃

No hand soap Iin bathroom. Had to step into shower to use body wash every time I needed to wash my hands. Annoying. Everything else was fine.
