The location was easy to find, check in qiuck and efficent and staff friendly. Due to Covid restrictions not all the facilities were available but there were plenty of options for breakfast and dinner nearby, there is an excellent Sushi restaurant within walking distance. Parking was directly outside the room and although the Interstate was very close the room was very quiet. The internet was good, the room temperature comfortable, the bed was clean and comfortable and I slept well. The bathroom was clean but a little old and there was a hole in the door which looked like someone had put their hand through it which didn't look professional. I was only there for 2 nights so it was perfect for me, close enough to the airport and local food options, quiet and comfortable. No complaints at all, good value for money and friendly reception staff.
No negatives at all, excellent value. It didn't bother me but a previous guest had smoked in the room although there were no smoking signs.

Me and my wife really like the hotel you can see that's a fact, because of the many times we have stayed their. Unfortunately I just can stand the fact that even if I pay for 1night or 30.. I have to every single day. Come down to the office and have our keys renterd. This is a deal breaker us. The Last think we want to do when we are relaxing & paying big money just to sleep & watch TV. Is getting up and dealing with THAT!! YOUR staff needs to get together and when a client has (in the past) cause no problems. Let them keep the same key as long as their payed duration is.
