Beautiful hotel, loved the room. Very spacious and clean.
The check in lady was very rude to my husband on Friday night. We are from Tennessee and masks aren’t mandated so instead of being polite about telling my husband that a mask is mandatory she went off on him. She told him that if we were caught in the hotel or on the outside grounds without one on we would be kicked out with no refund. Also the bed was like sleeping on two box springs very hard.

Close to where I needed to be
Why do you have people reserve a time slot to use the workout room than not honor those times? Someone did not reserve a time slot and went to workout. I had a slot reserved for 8:00 and had to wait 20 min to get in!! I commend the desk clerk for trying to help me out. But really people need to get out when they are told someone had reserved the room for 8:00 pm

It was quiet and comfortable.
I was in town to work the Dayton Air Show and had to be at work by 6am. I wish I would have had an option for a quick breakfast to go since I was gone before the hot breakfast opened. The coffee was great and ready for me though! :)

It was ok. The entire staff, the day and night staff are excellent. They gave us a Christmas card at Christmas and Valentines Cupcakes on Valentines Day. That was great. I have never been to a hotel that really care like that

Hot breakfast was a pleasant surprise! Eggs, sausage and a good variety of other options. Attendant (Deborah, I think) was outstanding - very friendly and helpful!
No complaints. Our short stay was comfortable and quiet.
