The host was super helpful. I accidentally booked it for the wrong night. He was able to change it for me. He was very helpful and very nice.
When we got to our room, there was water in the sink. It was 3/4 full. The stopper was down and you couldn't make it work with the knob. I had to crawl underneath the sink and loosen it from there. That's just poor housekeeping. The rest of the room was very clean. There also wasn't a fridge. We had drinks to keep cold. It was disappointing, wasn't a deal breaker, the room was still a great value.

Having Genius statis I get really good rates but probably would have been better had I known how long I was going to be staying.
No one bothered to clean our room or even bring fresh towels. My last night there I had an appointment early in the morning and when I returned there was a broom and dust pan by my door. Did you enter my room when wasn't there or did you expect me to clean my own room?

You can tell that they're trying to improve the place, I'm still here,we upgraded our room and we definitely have room for us and the dogs now.
Cheryl at the front desk needs educated about service dogs, she tried to tell me they aren't allowed in the office.
