Super convenient location with lots of options for food off the interstate. The staff was very courteous and the room was pretty welcoming overall. The bed was also pretty comfortable and the pillows were absolutely amazing

We ordered a room with a jetted tub expecting something to be like what was in the pictures we saw online. Online, we saw a two person tub close to the bed. What we ended up getting was a single person tub in a room with a massive window right over the tub. My wife felt pretty uncomfortable with it due to the fact that the window had no covering and could be easily looked into from the parking lot and the main road for the area

I'm a receptionist, so I LOVED THE QUIET. The Jacuzzi was excellent, I slept like a baby. There are a ton of food options up the road too. I enjoyed everything about my room.

I didn't like being told I'd receive a discount, when checking in with AAA. Even though Katie told me she left a note in my reservation.

Good size room & value. Includes microwave and fridge. Good size bathroom and water pressure and hot shower. Location is good. Two restaurants in walking distance and one is Bob Evans. Wonderful authentic Mexican restaurant across the street where we met some old friends for drinks and dinner. Breakfast was okay. Eggs, sausage, biscuit and gravy. Tasted just fine. It was nice to have fruit options as well. Also liked the various selections of other breakfast items and tea available. We have found the breakfast to be good on many past visits with friendly attendant that made you feel right at home.

There is no hot tub in the indoor pool area. But with coVid, it does not matter as much right now. No outdoor relax space. At least I did not find it. That is always a nice to have. This is "Express" so need to remember, it is more just the basics and the basics done well. Coffee was awful. But to give benefit of the doubt, I believe a new trainee had started and he may of been in training to make the coffee too. Sounded that way when management was observed correcting the trainee. Bob Evans coffee was just steps away, so I took advantage of that. The friendly attendant that we use to see was no longer in the breakfast area as it was just a trainee and management. It has been a few years too. Life happens. Hopefully the new person will be trained well in hospitality. He was trying.

The hotel was wonderful, staff was super friendly. I absolutely loved that they had quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! I recently stayed at a resort in Vegas they are supposed to be a 5 star resort they had cheap shampoo conditioner and soap and they did not compare to the cleanliness and friendliness. I did not eat breakfast, however the location was perfect because it was close to restaurants and the expressway. And the staff at the front desk was very friendly.

The iron board was broken and the coffee pot in the room didn’t work. We reported to the front desk and the staff replaced the iron board. We advised we didn’t need the coffee pot replaced.

The room was clean. The jacuzzi tub was extremely clean. Normally hotels don’t clean the little jets so dirt comes out when you first turn them on. The tub was clean and the jets had no gunk build up. The bathroom had actual full size bottles of shampoo/conditioner and body wash.

The sheets had some weird stains on them and there were some hairs on the pillows. Nothing looked used or not washed so it wasn’t a big deal.

Really nice staff. There was a tornado in the area the previous night which led to a power outage in the morning. Staff worked hard to clean rooms and accommodate guests. Rooms were really quiet and beds were very comfortable.

my shower was draining slowly, so you were standing in a couple inches of water. I had to be careful not to slip.

At like 11pm the floor above us someone took a shower and it was so noisy until they were finshed. Our tub drained very slow. The shower curtain kept attacking me in the shower. Recommendation get the curved shower curtain rob. Works wonders. Other than those few things stay was amazing. Thank!

The location was great.

We had an issue with the first room we were given. As we were getting ready to take a shower and turned on the tub faucet, the whole thing fell off the wall with the pressure of the water. We were, however, given another room but it was a bit inconvenient.

Kinda noisy. Breakfast was very limited and things like bacon and sausage ran out quickly and were not replaced. Lighting in the room was horrible and lights were in awkward places
