Comfort Inn & Suites Cincinnati Eastgate

Upon check in, the lady at the counter was very nice, firendly and helpful. She checked us in quickly and told us about the hotel, breakfast times and directed us to our room. She provided us with extra soap, shampoo and lotion which was very helpful since we didn't need our room cleaned. The hotel was clean, safe and well lite, we enjoyed our stay and would likely stay again.

My only complaint was the bed was not comfy, the matttress was way too hard, there was no give in it at all. With having a bad back you need some give in the mattress. Also, the shower cutrain would not stay closed, it kept sliding open during each shower. Adding a mattress pad, a thick comfortable pad to add some extra support and also some give would helpl a lot. If that was done I definetly stay there again. We reallly enjoyed the hotel, the staff and how clean the entire hotel was.

Price was good, as well as a really clean facility.

Breakfast was a let down. This was a main reason for booking here over other local hotels. Would have been nice to have known the limited options pre-booking. Wasn’t till after it was booked that I got a message telling about the limited options. By no means is this a stab at the facility or staff. Another reason for booking here was a the reviews with the beds being comfortable, none of my family felt they were and all slept bad.

Had stayed there many time prior to Covid and the breakfast was wonderful and loved the lady who worked in the breakfast area. She was so happy and friendly. The Breakfast was ok. There wasn't as much of a variety and they were out of somethings when we got there. There was still about 45 minutes before the breakfast was to close. There were some guest that arrived after we did and there was no eggs (I got the last egg) or meat left and they they just turned and walked away.

Very clean very comfortable very modern and very quiet

Advertises a heated pool the heater was not working or was not turned on and it was not swimmable for me and my children, very very cold. I complained to staff, they said they would do something no communication between the shifts so I don't know if they ever fixed it I booked it specifically because it advertised a heated pool so that my children and grandchildren could swim. Definitely not happy about that aspect.

The location was great. We loved the size of the room and the fact that we could still get a King bed.

We had booked an Accessible room with Booking.com but the room was given to someone else by the time we checked in. My boyfriend is on disability and we would have been more comfortable with the room we had originally purchased. The staff at the desk just said, "I'm surprised you were able to book it - we didn't even have it available." However, she also told us a number of electric truck drivers came to rent out a bunch of rooms at the last minute due to the snow storm.

Check-in and out was easy and quick. Our rooms were fine, no issues. Staff was nice. We only stayed one night and weren’t at the hotel much, but no complaints.

Shower could’ve been cleaner and the shower head seemed messed up.

The pool was down which my family looks forward to when we stay. Also, the coffee in my room was not stocked which my husband and I like early in morning before breakfast. Not enough coffee, Not enough cups.

I had issue with a roach in my room but that's all I see. Was 1

The room was clean and very comfortable. Staff was over friendly and they had breakfast not a bag lunch. Pool was open just not so clean needed a little tlc but overall nice place to stay.

It was adaquate. Staff person was very nice. Eggs looked a little odd, like flat egg pancakes.

Pool was very cold and ring bouy on wall wouldn't stay up because hooks on bracket broken. If no lifeguard, all safety devices should be properly in place

The breakfast was simple but it was nice. I liked the options and always was able o find something for me. I loved the beds because they were very soft, comfortable and clean. The room was spacious and the air conditioner worked just fine. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was clean.

I wish that the breakfast was a little more stocked because people take more than one thing. But the staff is able to restock if you ask them.
