Hampton Inn Cincinnati Eastgate

Location of hotel was very convenient for our trip from southeast Michigan to Nashville (stayed on our return). Room was as expected, though a little worn looking compared with other Hampton Inn facilities we've used in the past year or two. Having hot breakfast was much appreciated though the offerings weren't quite as varied as we've seen (eg, only turkey sausage as a meat). Still, property was what we expected and we were comfortable enough.

Pillows all seemed to be too soft/squishy. We prefer a firmer (maybe foam?) pillow.

The desk clerks were very friendly and offered us a bottle of water because I started to purchase one from the cooler. The check in and check out process was efficient and pleasant. Our room was updated, clean and the bed was comfortable. We would stay there again.

Unfortunately, our view at the time of our stay was of construction near the front of the hotel. I am not sure what they are doing but it didn't bother our pleasant stay inside. This was no fault of the business.

I love Hampton Inns. They are clean, the beds are good, they are attractive both in the room and outside the facility. The people working there are very nice. And the bedding and towels are nice quality. The price is reasonable even though costs have gone up recently. I especially liked that there was a fan in the bathroom.. We stayed a lot of places recently where there wasn't one

Not the fault of the inn, but there was a lot of construction on a building in front of the Hampton, so getting to the Inn and the parking lot was not easy. There were a lot of potholes. This was the reason I rated it an eight instead of a 10. But this could not be helped by the Hampton Inn.

Stayed here before, it's nicely appointed, albeit remains in a construction zone. It's removed from the main traffic area, so quiet, and very close to shopping, restaurants, etc. This was a quick visit, but everything seemed in order when I left at 7AM.

The property in front remains under construction, so it does not make a great impression.

The staff were very accommodating. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Love, love, loved the huge step in shower. Never went to breakfast but my friend brought me food. They must have had everything and it was all good.

They could use a bell to get the attention of the desk clerk. When I needed assistance I had to call out as she, or he, was often in the back or elsewhere. However, they responded immediately. The construction had the entrance torn up, but that won't last forever.

It was close to family members and and every one was very nice. I had difficulty in getting on the internet and the attended came to my room and was able to get me on a secured site.

No hot tub and the pillows was too flat.

The room was great. Only complaint was the bathroom sink drained really slow. Otherwise it was great, good location to everything. Breakfast was good. Bed was very comfortable.

Only thing was that parking was a little bit of a pain because of the construction but that's not the hotels fault.

Location was in the midst of plenty of restaurant options and retail shoppes aplenty. Both welcomed on gully washer rainy day of stay

Pricey for the room but rooms were limited in area due to a sporting event taking place locally. Overall room was fine but overpriced.

breakfast is a plus during most stays. there was plenty of options. However, during our stay they ran out of waffle mix, the eggs were not eggs, and I’m not sure what the sausage was. I will not rate the hotel based on breakfast and I’m not normally picky about food. The hotel itself is well kept and was a comfortable clean stay.

Location and rooms were nice.

The vent in the bathroom was a bit nasty and was right over the towels which had a sign saying they were clean and sanitized. Property shoudl make it a point to clean the bathroom vents. Wish I had a pic of the vent.
