Best Western Norwalk

For the price it looks good. We stayed here because the price and the reviews. The hotel doesn't disappoint (considering the price)

The bathtub drain was clogged so it took a few minutes to get all the water out. We were four people in the room and that did not allow us to shower one after the other. We stayed three nights and only one night did they change our towels and make our beds.

Staff is very friendly.. Room was well stocked with towels and toiletries.. Kid friendly.. Nice area.. Next to stores restaurants and a movie theater..

Pool was very cold.. Hot tub jets didn't work until our last night stay.. Breakfast isn't the best but its free so it is what it is.. Our room had a very small bathroom and only one tv for having one of the best and biggest rooms.. Room was a little messy but kinda understand being they are understaffed..

I like that this Best Western had 3 and 4 Queen beds in several room. A balcony in the 4 Queen bed rooms. I could not ask for a better hotel. Overall, the staff, the rooms, the other guests, the whole experience was exceptional. I loved the customer service that each of the front desk staff helped me solve. The front desk guy, the two ladies and the housekeeping ladies were phenomenal. (So sorry I forgot their names). They are so AWESOME!! Thank you for making my (family)..... son's and his friend's graduation trip a blast.

Well considering the Covid restrictions they were only able to provide the minimum for breakfast. That's not their fault. Beside I am limited anyway because of my gluten allergy but there is a Bob Evan's across the street. Overall, we didnt have any issues.

Enjoyed my stay. The staff was super nice, made you feel right at home. Highly recommend staying here. The beds were comfortable. Would defiantly stay here again.

Hot tub broke during our stay. Unfortunately, was not able to get part in before we left to fix it. The staff really tried hard to get it up and running.

Comfort and large rooms.

They ran out of towels!!! We had enough the first night and our check in staff was amazing. The 2nd night, after another sweaty long park day, we asked for more towels and they had none available!!! It looked like personal clothes in a dryer as we walked to our room. No one brought us any the entire rest of our stay, and we asked twice. There were 8 people in our party!!! Very angry about that part.

My daughter and I stayed for the weekend for a cheer competition. This hotel had great location to the competition. The rooms were nice and comfortable. Many from her team stayed here and was happy that they were able to swim together and have fun. I want to send a special shout out to Manager Jon who worked all weekend. He was fabulous and visible to guests. He was available to ask recommendations such a places to eat and he gave good recommendations. He is such an asset to Best Western.

I enjoyed my stay as did all that traveled with me. No complaints so I'd say its a win on all spectrums. The room even came with a mini fridge and a coffee maker which we were not expecting but were hopeful for. Clean towels, clean sheets, clean beds, the kids got to enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub what more can you ask for?

this is petty but was mentioned by multiple guests, the t.v.'s seem a bit small for the room

Convenient and easy to find. Located in a safe area. Great Mexican restaurant across the street. Employees were friendly and helpful. Great water pressure in the shower!

There wasn’t really a comforter or blanket for the beds-just a light coverlet that didn’t really cover the whole bed. The room did have a little bit of a smell but I had some Febreeze that took care of that.

the staff was wonderful and professional. the place was super clean, I really enjoyed my stay

it’s not so much the property- but the beds weren’t that comfy but that might have been just something from my back issues so again no complaints!

The spacious room. We had the room with 4 beds. Everyone slept comfortable. Balcony over pool was good
