Quick, smooth check in. Housekeeping didn't disturb me, and only came when I removed the privacy tag from the door. I was able to park directly in front of my door for the entirety of my stay, making me feel more secure.

The hotel was occupied by many tradesmen working in the area. As a woman traveling alone, I wasn't necessarily a fan of sharing an adjoining room. Being awakened every morning at 5 am by my neighbor's loud talking and smoker's cough wasn't the highlight of my stay. I didn't ask to change rooms, although I'm sure the staff would have been accommodating.

Didn't know there was a breakfast included. Location was great. Staff was great.

The moment we walked in the office to check in we were confronted by 2 men wanting us to charge a room for them in return for cash (uncomfortable telling them NO), we had ants in the bathroom, our bedding wasn't changed only the bed was made, had to keep getting plastic bags for the ice bucket at the office, drunken patrons knocking on our door at 1:30 in the morning, the same patrons taking our spot in front of our door.

Pet friendly. Always do their best to accommodate your needs. Staff and management are personable. Convenient to restaurants and family.

Irresponsible pet owners. Recommend poo bag stations for those not prepared to clean up after their pets.

Room is very clean and comfortable the staff and manager terry are so amazing and treat u like family , maintenance is awesome had a light out they was right there fixing it that day , always making sure ya have all you need and are happy with your stay it's amazing . More hotels need to be this way .And the rates are amazing very affordable .

There is not one thing I did not like the place is is definitely amazing can't say anything bad about it

Our stay was great! Rooms were exceptionally clean. The comfort of beds were wonderful, my husband and I both have back problems. We had a good night's sleep. Wondered what kind of mattress they are. Thank you!

The place is truly amazing , the staff is amazing makes you feel like family , housekeeping is very good , the manager Terry is truly amazing treats you like family is always outside doing stuff not like any manager I've ever seen I can't say enough good things about this place

There is not one thing I can say that I don't like they go above and beyond to make your stay extremely pleasant

I liked my clean room, clean bedding, and most of all the staff. They helped me contact AAA when I locked my car keys in car, I didn't have a phone and don't hear very well when using a phone. The staff took care of it for me. They watched out to make sure I was safe, and taken good care of. I liked the relaxed feeling of being there.

I liked that the hotel was pet friendly, which was a major reason we stayed there, however people should appreciate that and clean up after their dogs because their just going to ruin it for others(this is not the fault of the hotel) and also that is was close to a lot of different stores which made it very convenient, I would stay again!!!

the toilets didn't flush very strong and it really took a long time to fill back up, the air conditioner wasn't very cool at all the air coming out was cool but it didn't seem to cool the room down and if it had been in the middle of summer that wouldn't have been very good.

The location was good the beds was comfortable it was very affordable and they had to drop off laundry service we'll definitely stay there again
