Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Wheeling at The Highlands

The whole experience. This place was seriously amazing. The lady at the desk was super nice, everything was extremely clean and the rooms are intelligently designed to sit far back off the hallway so it was really quiet. The beds were super comfy, the bathroom was huge and amazing, and there was a ton of parking.

Nothing haha I honestly can't think of anything we didn't like about staying here. It was as good as we could've hope for. I would highly recommend staying here if you are deciding on a stopping point for a road trip. There is a ton of retail and restaurants nearby, it really was so relaxing in the middle of a huge road trip for us.

Perfectly located off the Interstate as we were driving from the Philadelphia area to Indianapolis. Lots of dinner choices nearby. The complimentary hot breakfast was delicious. As always, the staff was the best.

The pillows on the bed were smaller than standard size. My husband said they were very uncomfortable. I'm glad I traveled with my own pillow.

Nice location; updated rooms; nice hotel

No one was at the desk to check us in. There was a sign up that stated “they” were helping another guest. After a 15 minute wait, an employee came out with Chipotle items to dispose of stating she was there by herself and helping a guest with linens. Maybe she was or maybe not. To us her story did not seem plausible.

walking distance to shopping mall/restaurants and only 20 minutes from Oglesbay. the property is very clean, continental breakfast good and the area was comfortable. staff was great and attentive.

the only thing was the mattress needs replaced you sunk in the middle.

Breakfast was good and the location was perfect. Close to anything you could possibly want.

The curtains in our room has something splashed all over them. Must have been missed during cleaning otherwise the room was clean.

Everything was clean the breakfast was great the bed was comfortable loved that the pool area was heated and not crowded with a bunch of kids, lol.

Really didn't see much staff around the facility, however I can't say there really was a need for staff during my stay, other than check out there was a line and one person working at the desk who was on a phone call for an extended time.

the breakfast could’ve been better. we didn’t even eat there because compared to Hilton properties, it just didn’t look good. no pancake or waffle makers either

The room was so clean, modern, and spacious. The location was amazing. I felt very safe as a female traveling alone and staying at this hotel.

The staff could have been a bit more attentive. No one at the desk when I arrived, I had to walk through the hotel to find an employee.

The so called "breakfast included" was just subpar. There was nothing to have breakfast, there were no juices, coffee, in general there was nothing!!! Very bad breakfas service!!! 👎

Location very easy entry and exit. Got a good idea of what was in surrounding area. Property very clean and plenty of parking as well as nearby amenities. Very quiet location and property.
