Comfort Suites Springfield

I love the ease of getting to our rooms as I was traveling with elderly parents. The rooms were exceptionally clean, roomy, the amenities were sufficient and the breakfast was amazing. Staff was more than friendly and helped as needed. I give this a definite two thumbs up facility.

I didn't like the fact that you could look into the pool room from above. LOL as I didn't want spectators. I'm fluffy.😅 But the pool was clean and bright. It was a great facility.

The room had been updated and was very nice to walk onto. Nice big screen TV. Bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was very good and plentiful.

The mattress was very soft and lumpy. They decided on a Holiday weekend to redo the parking lot. Front entrance was closed but open by Monday morning. The side entrance steps were treacherous and no handrail.

The breakfast was more than what I expected. Usually my experience has been that continental breakfasts consist of breakfast rolls and coffee, but to my surprise there was so much more to offer including eggs, bacon, biscuts and gravy, and fresh waffels to mention a few. The room was very clean, the staff was efficient and friendly, and the ammenities were more than sufficient.

I cannot think of anything that could have made our stay any better.

We've stayed at this location several times in the past year and a half. The rooms have always been clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, so it was easy to rest and relax! The breakfast options are great - eggs, biscuits & gravy, bacon one day, sausage the next, baked goods, waffles, yogurt, cereal, everyone had something they liked.

The room was beyond what we expected. Very clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed and the couch area/kitchenette were a nice touch so we could spread out. The lobby also felt very clean and put together.

The man who checked us in was very friendly, the man working late when we got some bottled water, not so much. Then again, if I were working at midnight, I probably wouldn't be friendly either. And he sold me some.water so idk why I'm even writing this.

Price is comparable to others.

The room was not real clean and the facilities are really falling apart; there was a huge hole in the closet door, black tape placed on a part of the mirror frame that had been damaged, many cracked outlet covers. It just is not taken care of in general.

The location of the hotel was ideal. Close to gas and food options. Easy access to the highway to continue journey. Comfortable pillows. Nice extras in bathroom. Bed was comfy too. Breakfast looked nice but did not partake. Ice water dispensary was nice.

Well the fire alarm went off at 2am. Had to evacuate and be outside for 40 minutes..better safe than sorry. But this is not their issue. The couch in the room was a bit hard. Overall not many negatives...

Every staff member we had contact with - the front desk and housekeeping - was very friendly, hard working, nice, etc. Our room as clean & comfortable. Their breakfast had many options and was delicious. We've stayed here a few times and will continue to stay at this location when we're traveling.

Honestly the room was really comfortable and the shower was really nice. The breakfast was alright too. Glad it was complimentary. The price was really good for my budget.

A higher quality of television services would be nice but I can understand if that would actual ruin the value of the room by making it too pricey.

They offered a full breakfast which we appreciated as many establishments are still offering danish and coffee.

The bed was a bit high for us short people to easily get onto. A low step stool would have been welcome.
