The staff were very friendly, and the room was nice. It was also fairly soundproof, and as it was New Year's Eve and people were partying across the street with music playing, you had to stand in the window to hear it, so that didn't bother us. The bar was nice and the lobby was large and clean. We weren't far from the elevators and the ice machine, but never heard a sound from either. The drapes were very light blocking and fit right so they didn't blow out when the fan under them was on. The air in there was not dry so we never woke up with a sore throat, as happens in many hotels we've stayed at.
The toilet had a tendency to keep running after being flushed, but my husband fixed it, just had to bend the float a little. We had one of those fitted sheets that kept popping off the corner of the mattress. There were long black hairs on the floor of the bathroom, (the maid's?) and when I went to hang a wet towel over the bathroom door, there were hairs stuck to the top of the door. The light switch in the bathroom was a little too far into the room instead of being next to the door.

Staff was fast and friendly, Nice Clean facility. Staff was very nice to my pet when we arrived. Desk clerk gave great instructions to us and told us about the food services available.
One of the elevators was a little scary, made a lot of noise and shook when it reached the top. Scared us to death, LOL! Would be nice if they offered a breakfast for the price we paid.

The staff was very friendly and service-oriented. They were quick to address any concerns. I would especially like to acknowledge Nick in the restaurant. He is a high-energy person with a great attitude. The location was central to several places within walking distance, which is helpful if you need to be downtown.
No real complaints. I did not use the pool. I arrived very late, so the restaurant and bar were closing for the night.

The best thing I liked about to stay was the friendliness timeliness and helpfulness of the staff. I've worked in customer service for over 20 years and it was the best experience of my life.
I accidentally answer my last survey about a different Hotel this hotel was the best place I've ever stayed there were very accommodating very friendly they went out of their way to make sure me and my kids were comfortable I couldn't ask for anything more please try to recommend the people working while I was there for a promotion thank you

Everything was very clean, staff was very friendly, and my wife really liked the view of the building size mural across from our room.
The room next to us was occupied by unaccompanied minors. They were very loud, very early in the morning. Not the hotel staff's fault, but maybe check more closely who is booking rooms, and for whom.
