Great parking area even for trucks and RV’s. Helpful staff and decent breakfast to start the day. Walking distance to some restaurant chains and super close to the Clark Co. Fairgrounds.

Side entrance door would not lock and one of the queen beds needed a new box spring.

Breakfast had a good selection and was well stocked. I thought that the pancake machine was pretty neat, and made good pancakes. Location is close to my job so that was nice.

The shower head leaked where it attached to the down pipe which caused it to loose much of its water pressure. I thought that they should have replaced the shower head with one that had a new washer seal to prevent leaking.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was clean and very comfortable. I loved that you had to reserve pool time to protect from Covid. My ten year old was happy to be able to swim. There is nothing that I didn't like. Everything during our stay was as expected and nothing went wrong. Our room was literally across the hall from the pool and next to the ice and vending machines. Even that was perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

There is nothing to complain about. Everything went as expected and we were very comfortable.

Breakfast was better than expected because it included eggs and sausage (as opposed to the high-carbohydrate meals which I don't eat even if free). Very clean. Location was okay.

I heard a few yips from dogs which were annoying but tolerable.

Convenient location, reasonably priced and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast choices were adequate.

Parking lot was a bit small but there wasn't much land to work with to enlarge it.

Extremely clean breakfast bar; neat pancake machine! Breakfast was not luxurious, but more than adequate.

Mattress was a little bit lumpy; safety bar in bathtub was not easy to use.

They were courteous about other things like if your food arrived and you weren't down there to greet them they call you simple things check in with quick and easy. The young lady that checked me in on Thursday afternoon or evening with a bright smiling face is very nice.

I did not care for the fact that they were running the vacuum before 7 in the morning. That does wake people.

Very big rooms, great staff, clean and relaxing. Beds were a little bit high (I'm 5'3" and had to take a running jump) but otherwise wonderful. Will stay again.

Bed could be about 2" shorter

I paid $220 for a suite and it didn't have a couch, but it did have a jetted tub most suites have more than just a king size bed the breakfast was very basic even with covid going on

I try to stay at the Red Roof Inn every time I have a show in Springfield because the accommodations are excellent, staff is friendly and my room is always clean and orderly. Will be back in January for another show.
