Fairfield Inn & Suites Springfield

Breakfast was good, Eggs, bacon, biscuits/ gravy, oatmeal. Easy to find,right off the highway. Tey had a microwave and fridge in the room.

Called the hotel directly to let them know we would be arriving late, 930pm. Wanted to make sure our room would be available. Told me yes we would get the room we booked but could not check in over the phone. When we got there was told all they had was a handicap accessible room, ot the room I booked. So I got to sit in the tub and look at all the gross mold under all the grab bars. Also the room is smaller.

Breakfast was great. There were options for every appetite and the stations were kept exceptionally clean. The lady running that part of the hotel was on her toes, keeping the options full and those areas clean all while cleaning tables and checking to make sure we found what we needed. She was great and never broke a sweat! The pool was lovely, the front staff were pleasant and helpful. It was a great trip for us.

The only problem we had was that we could have used a luggage rack. Three women traveling together definitely need luggage racks!

I enjoyed the hotel the amenities were very nice and clean although upon my booking I had requested a Jacuzzi and a smoking room it wasn't until after I had paid and realized that that was neither of those were including in the room I was saying for and which I immediately ask for a refund and was denied that and the lady who checked me in was very rude and made me feel like I did not want to come back there again however I miss Tanya days the assistant manager to check us out she was very polite very understanding and apologetic that I was treated in this manner I feel that mental checked me in she was very rude and lied to me and neglecting my rights to have a refund into or to be able to stay in a place where I was going to be comfortable and it was what I had paid for so thank you

I did not like that the lady Menaul that checked us in was rude and also lied to me in regards to my rights to a refund when I had not even spent a minute in the room once I realized the room was not what I had booked and confirmed and also was very judgmental and threatening to me that it made me very uncomfortable it actually made me never want to stay at that hotel again but I'm hoping that something can be done about such and confident and disrespectful employees that the motel itself was a wonderful experience and I would love to go there again

Restaurants on either side of property offered a 10% discount for guests. Hotel staff was very friendly. Quiet location. A huge selection of items to add to your morning oatmeal nicely displayed in glass containers.

It was just one thing that I liked about my stay it was everything.

The bed was just right. It was very clean. The employees were very friendly.

Comfortable bed. Breakfast attendant was very helpful. Front desk staff awesome.

Pool was closed.

I Loved the staff! Very friendly and takes great care of you! That will be my first Choice every time because of them!

The air conditioner didn’t work properly but the staff manager took care of me!
