Spacious room with a sofa and coffee table, desk and 2 beds. Plenty of space in bathroom. Very clean. Check in was very fast and easy. Excellent hot water and shower pressure.
The towels were extremely thin, nearly threadbare. They need to be replaced. This is my only complaint.

The staff were very friendly and responsive, a family run business. It was literally the only hotel on Bookings.com available almost a year before the Olympic Trials in Eugene. Prices were higher than normal. Easy on and off the highway, close to a decent grocery store and within driving distance of many restaurants.
Platform bed was too firm. Hotel blanket had a hole and linens appear worn out but acceptable.

The river view is a view of the 🌳 which was fine, beats the parking lot, but is a little deceptive.
The breakfast was bare bones. Where's the river? Oh there it is on the otherside of the trees.

Everything was fine. We would of liked coffee in the room. Did not know there was breakfest offered. The office was closed, you had to speak(yell) through a tiny hole in a window. That was wierd. All and all you get what you pay for. Parking was crowded.
A face to face check in and out. Better parking. Better staff costumer interaction with whas offered at the hotel.

There were 3 queen beds in the room! Makes for lots of pillows if that's your thing. Surprisingly, despite being on a major street, it was very quiet.

The size of the room. 3 queen beds so we could all stay together. And my cousin is disabled and they were able to accommodate and gave us a bottom floor with handicapped accessories.
