Candlewood Suites Eugene Springfield, an IHG Hotel

Well-designed and organized hotel with great staff and pet friendly too. The room was designed for all-purpose stays – a kitchen, a work area, a recliner for reading. Hotel has good facilities (elevator, gym, laundry, food pantry and grubhub delivery depot) and the room furnishings are updated and comfy. Creative touches and care given to making your stay smooth and effortless. Nice parks within a 5 min drive (Hendricks park is just around the corner). I had a great stay at Candlewood Suites in Eugene-Springfield and won’t hesitate to stay here again.

The room was spacious and clean, the kitchenette was so useful! I loved that they had a pitcher for water in the fridge. It is the little things.The young lady that was working the front desk was ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE!

The beds are way to hard, no give in them at all. The fabric in the seat of the recliner in the room was stained.

I LOVED the room, the size of the room, the kitchenette (fully equipped like a resort), the LAUNDRY facilities (free service) the cleanliness and the seemingly soundproof walls. Was the best slept we got on our 9 day road trip. Too bad it was the last night of the trip.

That there weren't more locations along our path from Socal. Had I known the facilities were this accommodating, I would have booked with this chain the entire way up from SoCal. I was a LITTLE uncomfortable with the pets everywhere, but it was cool to see a place that accommodated pets. Also, the wifi code didn't work.

Amenities were great...coffee in room is always a plus! Clean, comfy, surprisingly quiet. Mini kitchenette well stocked with pots and pans and dishes and cutlery. Spacious room. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice room & staff was the best! Loved that the room had kitchen for quick meals. Room was very comfortable, clean & spacious.

I, unfortunately fell outside your facility tripping on a curb and your management was right there to help. They provided me with a towel and ice to put on my bruised face. I am 82 and that fall could have been a disaster, due to my own stupidity. Thanks for your alert staff as they were doing what they could. I scraped my nose, face, lip knees and hands but and I was a bit swollen and sore for a few days. Ok now. Thanks again for your staff and the help they offered me.

This hotel far exceed my expectations. Room was super clean....the air freshener smelled like maple syrup and pancakes (lol), the staff was AMAZING. I called the night before to ask about an early check in as I was traveling from out of state and would be arriving in the morning and after checking for available rooms, a room was assigned for me and I was able to check in at 9am when I got into town at no extra charge. The gym is nice and clean. They have a "lending locker" with dvds, board games etc that you can borrow from. They even had a box of hdmi cables available for loan so we could view our laptop on the TV. We will definitely be staying here again

the bed is super comfortable, there were a lot of kitchen items to use and the staff was very friendly.

it sits next to two other hotels, which has shared driveways, so parking was a bit limited.

It was very comfortable and clean and loved the pantry.

I wish they had more coffee for in the room and complimentary breakfast

I liked the in-room kitchen. It was very convenient.

It would have been more convenient if the front desk was able to provide me with a receipt. I'm still looking for one from Booking.com.
