The room was clean. The hotel was quiet. I loved having a refrigerator in the room. The smoking area was isolated to one portion in the parking lot, which was nice. The bed was plenty comfortable. The TV worked well and had a good selection of channels. I felt safe. The location was so central to everything to the area with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Getting to the freeway was key. The shower had good water pressure and had hot water. I had plenty of towels and such. I was appreciative of the soap and shampoo. The parking was great! The price was excellent. Great value! I'll be back.

Everything was great.

The quality, cleanliness, and spaciousness of the room was far better than I was initially expecting. Also, I had no idea that there would be a kitchenette there, and this will be a huge plus when I return to stay again. Even though the desk staff was very busy making the rounds, she was exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and helpful to me. The location is good and very easy to get in and out of, relative to the rest of town. This was my very first stay, and I will now easily consider this to be my homebase in Eugene/Springfield whenever I overnight here.

There was some trash in the parking lot left presumably by other visitors. I didn't like that this wasn't being cleaned up immediately, but then I think that the accommodation might be short staffed. That is really all that I didn't like. I am not sure if a complimentary breakfast was offered, but I had to check out very early in the morning, so this might not have mattered in my case anyways.

Breakfast was not served at this particular hotel it was a studio place where it had stove refrigerator and a sink to wash dishes. What I did like about the place was that each and every person mind they own business. Next time when I come to visit I’m gonna do it all season when people are not coming for the world championship at The University of Oregon

People sitting outside smoking and sometimes loud music with groups of people hanging out.

Beds were comfortable. Convenient to have fridge/microwave. Convenient location with restaurants/shopping within walking distance. Cable TV and free Wi-Fi included.

Would’ve been nice to have a couple mugs/dishes that could be microwaved to heat up water for coffee/tea. Some items were offered for sale, but didn’t want to buy for only a few nights stay. Floor was sticky when we arrived.

Location is good. Simple check in procedure. Room size is OK.

Room could need some simple maintenance. A little paint here and there make it look really good. Some more paper or plastic cups would be good. Some utensils in the kitchen would be good. Coat hangers would be nice.

had everything I needed - large fridge, large microwave - 2 burner stove - low threshold shower - plenty of cabibets and dresser. VERY HAPPy with my stay

They had disabled access.

They only had towels in room for one person. Couldn’t get extra pillows. We forgot things in our room and we were told that they were thrown away as the property wouldn’t hang on to them so we could come back to get them that afternoon.

Great place for someone on a budget! Instead of eating out you can cook your own food. It comes with a 2 burner stove, microwave, a full fridge, and kitchen sink. The beds are very comfortable. I wish it had a bath, but the shower is roomy and has a seat for sitting. Towels are limited, but are provided if you return used ones. One thing I loved was the size of the rooms. My room had 2 double beds that were very clean and comfy. With 1 reg size pillow and 1 small each bed. Also had a small table with 2 chairs, a 3 drawer dresser, night stand and 2 places to hang clothes. Light between the beds had a charging spot incase you forget your box for your charger cord and 2 plug ins. Also comes with an air conditioner where you can regulate the heat either warm up or cool down.

Internet does not work for most devices, such as Android devices and gaming devices.

Well staff was very friendly very nice especially during check-in and more more professional during checkout

The only thing I didn't like was that there was no TV service and no one can seem to answer why there was any TV service other than that the state was okay and it was a drunk lady outside my room that's why I wasn't quiet

It’s old, lot of low income folks, but staff is super friendly, polite, helpful. Hot water does take awhile to get to the room.

No blankets. Just a sheet and a bed cover as thin as a shower curtain.
