Best Western Grand Manor Inn

The breakfast was good. The staff were excellent. Aaron was exceptional great. He came to our room and made our TV work. He was very patient, kind and friendly. He is an asset to your hotel. The woman who checked us in was also friendly and helpful. My husband and I would recommend Best Western Grand Manor to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, clean, well maintained place to stay.

There needs to be a grab bar by the toilet in room 109 and a grab bar outside the shower. These are essential for a handicapped bathroom for safety.

The room was nice. Breakfast was great.

The elevator still was not working! When I reserved, I told them I was handicapped, but they did not accommodate my need to avoid stairs! I had to carry my luggage upstairs without any assistance! I noticed on previous customer comments that it has been quite some time since the elevator has been out of order. Handicapped customers should be given this information when scheduling a reservation at this property, so they can make the decision themselves as to whether they should stay at this property.

Our room was large, clean, quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and made checking in and check out very simple and quick. We would recommend this location.

The tub drained a little slowly but that is the only negative I can think. Everything else was great.

This hotel is in a great location. You are able to access many restaurants and shopping places. We were not familiar with the area but it was easy to get around and it wasn't far form the University of Oregon.

There wasn't anything that I didn't necessarily like but I would have loved to had a room that had a balcony once we arrived and I saw that they had them. We were only there for three days to it was a in and out kind of trip. I would stay at the location again if I'm ever in Oregon.

This hotel is great for a quick travel stop as it is right off the freeway. Consequently, there was also quite a bit of freeway noise. We liked the hotel and the convenience. Breakfast was very good with many items to choose from.

We would have preferred less noise from the road, but since the hotel is right off the freeway, that was to be expected.

Great room and breakfast and location for us

Wished there would have been a hot tub to use and the beds were a little soft and lighting over the bathroom mirror isn't great for makeup or hair. Too much reflection

It was easy to find right off the freeway, it was clean and quiet.

Mom my sister was a little upset that the sauna did not work and she could not get the workout equipment to work for her. But other than that everything was great.

It was easy and simple to get in and out.

The pool wasn't clean, a lot of debris was floating around. The plastic on the pull out mattress in the king room was very obnoxious and difficult to sleep on with the noise it made.

The staff that checked us in was very welcoming and helpful, made a great recommendation for a restaurant. The room was spacious and had a balcony.

We absolutely loved our stay. It is conveniently located, is immaculately clean, the staff is very efficient and friendly and our room was beautiful!
