Clean room, comfortable bed, convenient location, nice snacks in the lobby

They have a policy of not renting rooms to people who live in the area. I used to live in the area so my ID still had that nearby address and was told that would be a problem but I was able to stay when I showed my address from out of state. I think this policy needs to be made clearer during booking so other people don’t end up being turned away.

Check in and out was great. Bed was comfortable and air conditioner worked well. Breakfast choices were very good for grab and go.

Hard to find our particular room because it was behind another door that wasn’t obvious there were 2 more rooms. Unpleasant strong air freshener/ disinfectant smell in the hallways. A dirty micro fiber cloth was behind my nightstand and some long dark hair on the floor by the first sink.

We thought the breakfast items were exceptional, the variety was great! The staff was very friendly! If we had time at night we would of gone for the smores kit they offered! The room was nice & quiet!

The fan seemed to work but it was so loud, we couldn't turn it off fast enough! We were looking for a ice bucket in the room, but then we didn't even see a ice machine, & forgot to ask if there was one 🤔

It was a convenient location and the room was clean. It was relatively quiet.

We checked in around 9 pm and noticed a woman peeking in any rooms with the curtains opened or cracked and knocking on each door. We got to our room and she knocked on her door. We did not open the door and my husband asked to to away & she did. I called the front desk to report her. The clerk did walk around to check it out and she was already gone.

Comfortable bed with 4 ideal-hardness pillows—supportive, yet not stiff. The breakfast was really good—tasty microwaveable meals, plenty of milk and juice options, granola, muffins, bagels, etc. Also their pet-policy was very fair.

The shower was a bit aged feeling, and the sink, toilet and shower all in the same room so more difficult to get ready for a small group of people at the same time.

At check-in the staff allowed us to move to an upper floor with no hassle. Everything was explained in a simple manner. Our room was quite nice and updated. It was cold but that was expected since we were to be in a different room. It heated quickly. The room was comfortable and had the right amount of amenities for us. My granddaughter even commented on how she liked this place more than some of the others we have been to. There were lots of food choices for breakfast.

Morning staff did not wear a face mask and I'd liked to have a little more protein option for breakfast.

Bed was super comfortable and I was really impressed with quality of breakfast options.

Construction was going on next door and they started at 6:30. (Not the hotels fault). Facility is old, but you can tell they did they’re best to make up for it with a nice bed and extra touches.

this light fixture that was placed so directly in the path of the side of the bed so that you couldn’t help but bang your head into it several times if you’re over 5ft tall

location, location, location. Proximity to Oregon campus and nearby restaurants. Unique room decor and styling was fun! Staff was friendly.

The traffic/road noise, could hear everything, no buffer. Also the room had a minor urine scent, likely due to its pet friendly policy.

Had a great option for a take out breakfast. Room was recently updated and the reason I gave it an 8/10. When it is completed and fully operational it should score a 10. The room was clean and simply decorated.

It would have been nice to have a couch or more comfortable chair to lounge in. The shower and jetted tub were old but clean.
