Staff at front desk were always friendly, welcoming and helpful. Any time I called the front desk I got an answer right away, the person who answered was always polite and was able to answer my questions quicly. Cleaning staff are rock stars! Welcome note from cleaning staff when we entered our room let us know they care about our experience and asking for anything was welcome. Everything in our room worked. Everything smelled and looked clean and crisp.

The room could use more lighting. It's probably because I'm old but it seemed dim even with all the lights on.

The floor our room was location on overall was very quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The walls of the rooms are paper thin. We could hear the gentleman snoring through the wall by our bed and the loudness of the TV from his room next to ours all night. Did not get much rest. The breakfast downstairs was ok for a free breakfast, however the supply was very low by the time we arrived at 8:30am there was not much left and every item was cold.

I liked that they put me in a room that had handicap bars for balance assistance even though I didn't book for assistance. I use a cane and have a hard time with balance. That was very helpful.

I would've liked to have info on the area in the room in print, restaurants, attractions, etc. It was available electronically, but it doesn't help those less electronically savvy.

Exceptional location on the waterfront with unobstructed ocean views. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had a well-equipped kitchenette. The fireplace in the room raised it up a notch for sure, making it cozy and warm when the weather outside was dreadful. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, esp with our pup. We will definitely stay here again.

The shower water pressure is too low and it would be nice if the bathroom had towel racks to dry the towels adequately. Having two towel hooks inside the shower enclosure itself is a poor design.

Everything at the property was what I hoped for and expected, there were no unpleasant surprises. Our stay went smooth allowing us to focus on our family and getting rested. The only exception is the staff, they are so friendly and made an effort to ensure we felt welcomed. I was treated each time I came in like I was a long time regular at a local coffee shop :-)

As I said above, everything at this property was what I hoped for and expected. If I could give any feedback to possibly improve things, it would be to have the pull out bed bedding be already placed by the hotel staff and not by the guest. But that is not really a complaint and more of a suggestion that may not be reasonable due to sanitation guidelines.

Fresh warm cookies at front desk. Friendly staff, clean room and close to everything. I have to say for being an older place, this comfort inn never disappoints.

minor wear and tear issues like the lock on back door by pool, and parking sometimes sucks when there are out of town construction company workers staying there. Still great place.

Everything was mostly great. Clean area, major necessities close by. Quiet inside and out and everyone was very friendly and helpful when needed. Pleasant environment. No stress. Breakfast buffet always a fun plus.

the only disappointment was the pool and jacuzzi being under maintenance since that's where I planned on spending my free time while on premises. My visit intentionally had down time specifically for that.

Best hotel breakfast I had in years! Excellent selection, the food was made with fresh ingredients (no powdered eggs here!) The breakfast room supervisor was outstanding. Staff were kind and helpful. The room was actually dark, not filled with leaking light around the door and windows.

The breakfast was very good! The scrambled eggs and fried potatoes were good and hot and served by the nicest lady. There was also BACON, but it was the only part of the breakfast that wasn't good---it was stiff as plastic and about as tasteless. Pastries, pop tarts, bagels, oatmeal and cereal were all available, along with coffee, tea, milk, and juice. The room was much larger than I expected, and it was very nice to be within walking distance to Denny's, an IHOP and that burger/tap room place (And it smelled HEAVENLY). Our queen beds seemed a little small, but were comfortable all the same. Excellent front desk service!

I was disappointed that the gym and the pool were not available--it was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. However, I am learning that I should call first and confirm if those amenities are available (due to Covid)

Rooms weʻre clean, check in & out was smooth. Breakfast was the best part of our day!

The hotel was booked so parking was a little bit on the downside for us but at least they had back doors for people who parked farther.
