EVEN Hotel Eugene, an IHG Hotel

The rooms and facility are clean, and the little cafe has some good food choices; the workout equipment and yoga mat and materials are nice. I stretched and used the tension ropes/pulls before heading out for the day.

The little phrases and affirmations everywhere get to be a bit much; it reads like a middle aged woman's kitchen and living room with positive affirmations as decorations everywhere: "live," "love," "laugh,". The bed is/was comfy, and the "Sleep well; Dream Big" written across the headboard doesn't add to that comfy nature. It just makes one scoff and shake their head with the thought "Really?" playing in their head.

A microwave would be nice. I wanted to reheat my leftovers and there was no microwave. We had a less than ideal experience in the pool area. Just wanted to relax in the jacuzzi for a few but 5 min later we had 3 adults and a child diving in the pool and the child screaming. Water splashing everywhere. There were signs not to dive. It doesn't hurt to be a little respectful. Pay attention to the vibe in the room, etc. Hopefully the front desk person was able to tell someone.

Loved the food, the staff was superb, the gym and ping pong area was great!

There was a smell in the bathroom that smelled like urine or a badly wrung out mop. I asked for them to mop and they did but that didn’t change the smell. I kind of think it was the shower curtain. It made us uncomfortable every time we used the bathroom because it was so strong but we weren’t able to smell it from the bedroom.

My stay exceeded my expectations with its exceptional room, comfortable bed, and attentive staff. The parking facility was convenient and secure, and the pool provided a refreshing retreat. Check-in was a breeze, thanks to the efficient and friendly staff.

I had no complaints or dislikes during my stay. The hotel perfectly met my expectations and provided excellent value for its location, perfectly aligning with the experiences we were seeking.

The ping pong table was great, played five games with my daughter. I also liked the exercise equipment in the room. The pool and got tub were nice. The first day the jets weren't working and I told the front desk and they had it repaired by the next day. Which was great. The bed mattress was comfortable, but firm, like I like it.

The breakfast wasn't free, and it was confusing how to order it at the motel, so we ate out breakfast both mornings.

Room was comfy and very nice. The bed was great and I loved having exercise equipment in the room. The staff was helpful and kind. The location was perfect.

It is a very noisy hotel or I had upstairs neighbors who don’t know how to behave in a hotel. The breakfast was very disappointing. The avocado toast came with a bit of avocado on white bread, not so healthy. Prices seemed high for such small portions.

Omgoodness we loved it! I wished we were staying longer to use the workout equipment and yoga stuff. Such a cute place!

Super confused trying to find the lobby. We had just driving from Vancouver BC to Eugene and didn’t see the little signs. I’ve never seen a 2nd floor lobby in hundreds of hotels. Just make the signage bigger!

I loved the room, but i was disappointed with no complimentary breakfast. Also not enough information on how to check-in, you need to go to the second floor to check in.

The room was very nice. And the location was great. I also liked the fact that it is owned by small business. And I like to support them.

Although it was provided with soap , shampoo and conditioner there was no lotion. I never realized how much I depended on a hotel for lotion until now. Easy thing for me to bring next time, but others have it.

Bed very comfortable. Bathroom very nice. The "wellness" theme of the hotel included a small workout space and yoga equipment in the room which was nice.

The airconditioning was very loud and the window did not open so no way to get fresh air or have a breeze without the noisy cooler. Breakfast (which I paid for in advance) was NOT all that. Egg white and cheese wrap was very blah and served in Styrofoam with a fruit cup in a separate plastic container. I understand that this would be different in a non-COVID world but is Styrofoam even legal in Eugene?? Definitely not worth the money for a breakfast that was a major part of their advertising.
