Jupiter NEXT

Location was perfect for proximity to our daughter who lives in SE Portland. Room was spectacular - modern, spare, full glass window. Our floor had two outdoor gathering spaces. Lobby served coffee in the morning. The bar is a happening place and appears to be a separate establishment so communications about getting a drink, a table, brunch on Sunday was always a bit confusing. We were given recommendations for two breakfast restaurants, both great, but not directed to the hotel's coffee shop (?) next door?. Confusing. It is an edgy and arty location as are many Portland neighborhoods. Could not reach front desk (newer hotels don't have house phones) and so called police when there was an altercation on our floor between a man and a woman. Could happen in any hotel and police said they would come. FYI I would stay here again - decor, convenience, nearby restaurants and nice desk staff. Very quiet too!

Our second stay at Jupiter NEXT. Great location for our purposes, with good dining options nearby. Parking cost reasonable compared to downtown hotels. This hotel is exceptionally clean and bright; bathroom set up works well and love the large walk-in shower. Appreciate that they are not doing small plastic toiletries (they have wall-mounted dispensers). Friendly staff and good price over the Thanksgiving holiday!

Great hotel, awesome staff. I loved the location, the food offerings, and the free coffee in the morning. Restaurant downstairs is beautiful with a nice assortment of non alcoholic cocktails, which is a huge plus in my book. I also loved the vegan options and wonderful staff. Another highlight was being able to get some tasty food close by and vintage shop a block away.

That if I wanted breakfast, lunch, dinner or a late night party.. we just had to go downstairs!!!! Love the local pdx beverage options in the refrigerator as well!

Paid for early check in and was not able to make it early, called ahead of time to see if I could use what I paid toward late check out instead and was told no.

Room and staff were good, as was the location for local eateries.

Noise from others rooms which I know is partly out of your control. The room did take on the smell from other rooms when they were smoking. Not pleasant if you do not partake.

Location, the girl that was there at check-in was great.

Although we were able to store our luggage for a few hours, we still had a few remaining hours we hung out at the hotel before our flight. The reception area wasn't comfortable, no TV, no places to plug in phones etc. Also the girl at the bar wasn't very friendly on our 1st night.

I love staying at Jupiter Next. It's in a great neighborhood with so much to do. That staff is very welcoming. It's dog friendly, which is great. The room is big and has great views. There is a bar/restaurant downstairs with delicious food and a fun night vibe. I try to stay here now whenever I visit Portland. Good value for the price.

Place is very modern, and the staff is great. I always buy something from the hotel to remind me of my stay there. Hey love, the onsite bar is great.

Upper floor with city view made for a great stay. Courteous, friendly staff. Comfortable lobby area. Great hotel bar.

Check-in time could have be little more flexible.

Extremely cool spot. The room was spacious and lovely, and the restaurant on site was delicious. The entire staff was also very kind and patient. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Parking was a little challenging.
