One of nicest Hampton Inns I've stayed in. Very clean, beds comfy, large bathroom, plenty of space in room, has night light in bathroom which was great! Breakfast was great! General Manager was super nice as well as the rest of the staff. Very clean!
I thought the price per night was high especially for weekday. It's in Bedford which is in the middle of no where but it's right off the PA turnpike so I'm sure that's why.

Very comfortable room! Great place to unwind after a long drive or a lot of sightseeing. Hot breakfast buffet offered early in the morning helped me start my day too.
Thermostat/climate control was a little hard to figure out when I wanted to adjust the temperature.

There were not many options to choose from if you weren't eating the eggs and breakfast meat. We complained to the food service manager and he offered to make us some bacon- which was sooooo nice- and made breakfast a little better.

Breakfast was good but I wish they would have trays to take it back to the room. Got a Room with 2 beds and it didn't cost any more the one with one bed and the room was very big.
There was a stain on the wall below the side of the bathroom sink. Would like to have checked in early but didn't have any rooms open till 1:45. Room was on the 3rd floor.

Hotel was nice, very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good.
No towel racks in bathroom, set up of room was not comfortable. There was only one shell between the beds and nothing on the other side. The hot tub did not have much flow from jets, it was more like a hot bath with some bubbles.

Great location, very clean and up-to-date. Beds were very comfortable and the pool/hot tub were a much-needed refresher after our trip. The woman at the front desk who checked me in was so incredibly sweet and chose a first floor location for us when she realized there were a couple kids with us. breakfast was tasty and filling

The mattress was just okay, the issue we had was that the sheets did not fit the bed and kept coming off all night. It made for a restless night. I did let the front desk know about the issue but all that was said was "I will let housekeeping know"
