Fairfield Inn & Suites Bedford

Breakfast, as always was fine. I do feel, however, that since a large number of guests were here for the ceremonies at the Flight 93 Memorial, breakfast should have started earlier on Saturday. A small price to pay for the hotel but attendees at the Memorial site are gearing up for a long, stressful day.

The water issue on Friday was annoying, but no fault of the hotel. Glad it was back on when we got back later in the day. Why is there no hotel sign on the main road? We have been here many times, but new attendees drove right by the driveway.

Loved two queen beds plus a pull out sofa , it allowed our kids to each have their own bed , the hair/body products in the shower were delightful! Oh and fridge and microwave were fabulous! Breakfast was nice too !

When we got in the room there was garbage in the garbage can and there wasn’t a blanket for pull out sofa . We got a blanket easily though 😊.

we were coming back from Virginia Beach and heading home to Michigan. Our car broke down. we were literally stranded. upon checking in Amber at the front desk asked us the reason for our visit. when we expected what happened she immediately upgraded us to a suite. she was so accommodating and friendly

Our room view was a cemetery, so not very exciting. The lady who checked us in was positively the nicest and most helpful person we have ever encountered in our travels. I wish I could tell you her name, but I don’t remember.

Nice comfortable updated rooms. Facility was nice and pleasing to the eye. Decor was tastefully done with updated designs.

The location was good and the Hotel was very nice. Very comfortable room. I was just not totally comfortable with the cleanliness, especially of the bathroom. You could see there were things and marks on the bathroom floor. To me that is not acceptable. It must not have been cleaned from the prior person's stay. I always wipe down everything with sanitizing wipes and spray Lysol , even regardless of Covid. Just makes me wonder what else wasn't cleaned? The hotel itself looked very nice and welcoming. The staff was very very nice and helpful! Nice place to stay I just think better attention and Care should be put forth with cleaning.

Clean facilities, friendly workers & convenient location. The breakfasts were good and the ladies serving breakfast were wonderful. The people at the front desk were helpful and friendly. I would stay here again if we are out this way.

Not enough electrical outlets in the room...lamp at the desk had 1 outlet and 1 available outlet beside the bed behind the night table. A/C worked very well to keep the room cool to my comfort level.

Location was good. Bed was comfortable.

It was not as clean as it had been on other visits there. This was our 3rd stay. The breakfast was not very good. look like left overs.

The facilities were clean. Staff was very friendly my sister and her family even got a room using our mothers Marriott rewards, we got nervous because it was her name but my sister paid we called the property and asked to make sure being my mom can’t travel right now and He was so amazing on the phone told us it was fine everything was good to go. Even when we went to check in he was great so friendly. Our kids went swimming in the indoor pool it was very clean.

Breakfast was great, also staff was very accommodating when we asked to arrive early to change for a family wedding. Great location and room was very clean and comfortable.
